Prime third floor location provides privacy and the best view of ocean surf, whales and sea turtles. Instead of waking up in the mornings to four walls in a tiny one bedroom, in our premium quality studio condo you can turn your head and enjoy the breathtaking views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai and the West Maui ocean.

Our air-conditioned lanai provides a cozy comfortable place to enjoy entertaining, reading or whale watching even on hot afternoons, and is always the best spot to see the incredible Maui sunsets. Maui Kai 306 is one of the few condos at the Maui Kai that has had the partition removed between the living area and the lanai, increasing the living area dramatically and allowing guests to enjoy the views from the ocean-front lanai in air conditioned comfort. Or, throw open the wide lanai windows to feel the trade winds and hear the waves breaking on the beach below.

A comfortable, romantic, Tommy Bahamas king-size bed offers sleeping accommodations for two. Enjoy eating-in using our fully equipped kitchen, or the gas BBQs next to the cabana and pool.

WiFi and cable modem are provided for computer users.
The Bose stereo has an ipod/iphone connection.

Swim, surf, boogie board, snorkel and splash in the ocean on the beach below and adjacent to the condo. Enjoy the views from the lanai of sea turtles feeding in the waters, humpback whales (best time is from December through mid-April)and spinning dolphins.

Condo is very clean, and just as listed. Comfortable and well equipped. Building is very quiet. Access is great, lots of parking. Pool and hot tub are not large but are beautifully well maintained and size is adequate because hardly anyone was using them. The two BBQs were readily available and wonderfully clean. We stayed in Maui Kai 7 years ago and at that time there was no sand access directly in front on the building. Now there is beach and much more sand along this entire shoreline making beach walks very nice and access to the water easier.

I loved every minute at Maui Kai. Being on the beach with the crashing sound of the waves, when I woke up and before going to bed was magical.I appreciated the immediate assistance from my condo owners when I reached out.My location, the Bose speaker to play music, the views....all of it were what I needed.I would stay here again in a minute!!!Thank you.

This is a beautiful unit with one of best ever owners we’ve rented from. Unit is fully stocked and when we had a small problem at checkin the owner immediately resolved the problem. Great owner and a wonderful place to watch whales from!

40th Anniversary stay

This was our Third time staying in this Condo. We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We loved the Maui experience of coming earlier in the year this time to view the Whales. What an amazing thing to see, and from our lanai at times as well ! Spectacular !!This Condo provides a safe place to stay and close to so many things to do. We highly recommend : )

Excellent communication-cute, clean and equipped with everything you need! Conveniently located and the food trucks were an added bonus. The Kapalua Coastal trail’s starting point is right up the street from the condo!

Maui get-away

Beautiful location for this cozy studio condo overlooking the ocean. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and everything we needed was there. David and Cathy left a lovely welcome basket. We appreciated the quiet pool area. We discovered the snorkeling out in front of the building was fabulous after heading about 100 yards to the left for easy access into the water. The grocery store, shops, and restaurants are all in easy walking distance. Just a perfect, relaxing week! We would definitely come back
