Beautiful lake front and golf course views from this 3BR/3BA penthouse condo

This two story, spacious condo has 3BR/3BA on main floor and an oversized loft upstairs. It is located in the beautiful community of Cuscowilla. The kitchen area has stainless appliances, granite counter tops, several appliances like a Keurig, crockpot and toaster and plenty of counter space. With bar stools and a table for 6 there is plenty of eating area for guests. The living area has a large tv and offers phenomenal unobstructed big water views of Lake Oconee and the golf course with a porch that offers the same breathtaking views. The porch has a high top table with 4 chairs. The master bedroom also has an amazing view of the lake with a king size bed. The master bath has a jetted tub, 2 sinks and a walk in shower and closet. The 1st guest bedroom has a king size bed with a full bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen with a detached full bath. The loft has a couch and tv. The condo also has a washer and dryer. NO PETS ALLOWED. Financial penalties will be billed to renter if evidence of an animal has been discovered.

Sojourn is a community within the private gates of a beautiful golf course community. Guest can enjoy the beautiful walking grounds but all the amenities (golf, restaurant, pool, tennis and pickleball courts and docks) are for owners only. If you would like to bring a boat you will need to store and put in and out at one of the local marinas. The closest marina to our community is Fish Tails Marina.

Historic Eatonton, Greensboro and Madison about a 30 minute drive away for shopping and sightseeing. There are historical homes and sites to visit along with delicious places to eat. Also within about 15 minutes are many top rated restaurants, a movie theater and a Publix and CVS. The Ritz Carlton, located in Reynolds Plantation has a spa and dining options.

Reunion of 3 generations of women

This was a trip to reunite my adult daughters , aunt and mom who had t seen each other in 16 months because if COVid perfect place to relax and get away. We rented a pontoon and the lake was wonderful. The only challenge was finding restaurant reservations on the lake or resorts as you had to be a member. The pool was also closed when wer were there.

Lovely stay with beautiful views

The community complex was well kept and beautiful. We stayed here for a wedding, there were 3 couples that stayed here and it was the perfect size for that. Some used the upstairs loft to do some work, and overall was exactly what we were looking for. The property owner was responsive and helpful. The only thing I would say is there wasn't any shampoo/conditioner/body wash (which I've always found to be a staple at places we've stayed), so we were a house without body wash the first night LOL. Of course the women each brought our own shampoo and conditioner - but just make sure you pack that and everything will be great.
