About this property

Villa With Private Pool And Sea View

We provide a modern villa based in a small quiet village, Podi.

It is in the perfect location, as you are close to the beaches, without feeling that you are in a crowded tourist location. (2km away from the sandy beaches of Meljine)

The ground floor has a large open plan living space. It includes a kitchen/ dining room, living room and bathroom.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. It also has a living room and another bathroom.

There is a terrace from each bedroom, with beautiful views of the sea and Hercegnovi.

Wifi is provided, as well as air condition upstairs and fans for down stairs if needed. The houses is, however, very cool, even in the summer.

There is a private swimming pool, which is cleaned daily by the maintenance man. Depending on which month you come, you may be able to pick pomegranates, figs, grapes, oranges or lemons from our beautiful garden.

Everything is Montenegro is relatively close and quick to get, so you will not be lacking activities. Places such as Kotor and Perast make beautiful day trips!

I live in England, but am originally from Montenegro. I love spending my holidays there, however as my time in Montenegro is limited by the length of school holidays, I would like to give someone else the opportunity to enjoy the villa and the nature of the Boka Kotorska Bay.

The house is located in a beautiful village, which is ideal for families with children. There is a lot of outdoor space, with a variety of plants, trees and flowers. All this allows you to have a good quality time.

The house is located in a very convenient place, it's comfortable and there is plenty of fresh air. The swimming pool enables you to spend all day relaxing around, without having to go anywhere.
