About this property

El Perdigon Apartment situated at the end of a Quiet Cul-de-Sac

Lovely 4th floor corner apartment in a quiet area of Nerja.

The apartment is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood close to the shopping area and restaurants. Burriana beach is only 5 minutes away and a 10 minute stroll to the centre of Nerja.

The kitchen is complete with all basic essentials for an enjoyable stay, living area when wanting to relax in the shade, bathroom with bath/shower overhead, and two bedrooms - both with twin beds.
The balconies leading from the living area and one of our bedrooms look over the town and the Mediterranean, and to the rear, the Sierra Almijara Mountains.
The apartment features fibre optic WiFi throughout, Tv system with all major UK, Spanish, German, French, Italian and Nordic channels. Air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms (From April)

The property is set within well maintained communal gardens and features a large kidney shaped swimming pool (May-Oct). Secure gated parking is also available.

Fantastic location!

We have been visiting Nerja for many years and I would say this apartment for us personally is a perfect location for the main beach, Burriana, the town centre, restaurants and bars. The apartment and balcony has amazing views and is a great place to sit and watch the sun go down. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Für vier Erwachsene etwas eng, für zwei ideal. Gut ausgestattet, teils alt, teils neu, alles funktioniert. Lage ruhig und doch nah am Geschehen. Zwei schöne Golfplätze ca. 20-30 Minuten Fahrzeit (Baviera und Anoreta.) Besondere Pluspunkte: absperrbarer Parkplatz, Aufzug, internationale Fernsehprogramme. Schade, dass wir unseren Urlaub wegen der Corona-Bestimmungen frühzeitig abbrechen mussten. Es waren jedoch vier wunderschöne Wochen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter Ben hat gut geklappt.

Ser la primera vez positivo, lo peor las camas de una de las habitaciones los colchones muy mal se hundía, y el frigorífico pequeño y no enfriaba casi nada, tendría que subsanar esas anomalías importantes.
