Welcome to the Paradise Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean! We love the quiet views of the ocean, from our 2nd floor balcony or waking up to the sunrise from the bedroom. Our property was not affected by the recent hurricane! We recently totally remodeled the second bathroom in this oceanfront condo and have made it available as a vacation rental. We still have many dates available! The beautiful, newly renovated and well-maintained Paradise Beach Club building is as close to the beach as you can get! The large, heated pool overlooks the ocean. The complex was built right next to the sea wall so that it is closer to the ocean than any other building in the County. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful quiet stretch of beach, yet very close to shopping and restaurants. This Space Coast location is just minutes from Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach Pier. Minutes from Melbourne, FL Airport.

This is a "townhouse" style condo. The main floor includes a living room with ocean view, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, full bath with large walk-in shower and a large quiet balcony with a terrific view of the ocean, swimmers and surfers. Upstairs are the master bedroom with a beautiful ocean view, the guest bedroom and fully remodeled bathroom with tub.

This is a Non-Smoking complex and ours is a No Pets unit.

Decorated beautifully, with upscale taste. The fully equipped kitchen, with new Whirlpool appliances is well stocked. The dining area sits 6 people comfortably. There is a large 2024 Samsung 55" HD flat screen TV in living room with an additional new Samsung 32-inch TV's in both the master and 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom suite offers ocean views, a king-size bed, and plenty of storage space. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin and spacious closet area. Both upstairs bedrooms use the remodeled full bathroom, shower, tub with a large vanity.

We are ten minutes south of Cocoa Beach and one hour east of Orlando, one hour north to Daytona Beach. Spend the day at Disney World, Theme Parks and come back to the beach at night. Satellite Beach has great restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by. Easy air access from the Melbourne or Orlando airports.
Paradise Beach Club is NOT one of those high-rise units, 4 story 49 units.

Relaxing here at a quiet beach after a couple of days at Universal Studios was just a great way to end our vacation.  We were surprised at how close we were to Cocoa Beach.  All the kitchen tools you could ask for let us start the day here and enjoy the great places to eat in the area.  The ladies loved shopping in downtown Melbourne.

What a gem!

Such a cute place, feels like home. Beautiful view of the ocean from 2 levels. I especially liked how few people were on the beach & the heated pool. The unit itself was well taken care of and kitchen had everything we needed it to have for our stay. It was also so convenient to have Publix right across the street. There's a fun little boutique in the Publix shopping area too!

Melbourne is a great place to visit

We loved our stay in Melbourne / Satellite beach and the condo was great. It was really hot but the air-conditioning was very good and kept us cool at all times. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful

Like in life, vacations can have hiccups. When I alerted the homeowner to a problem, he responded immediately and promptly fixed the issue. He even checked back to make sure everything was taken care of. The accomodations were as advertised. Beautiful views of the beach!!! The restaurant recommends were delicious - Long Doggers and Morning Glory. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Much needed Vacation = rest and renewal

Starting from the few steps that it took to get to the beach, to the views from windows and balcony and the comfortable beach decor on the inside, our vacation was more than we had hoped for. The condo was clean, well-stocked, very accessible from the parking lot and to the beach, quiet, and overall very pleasant when we were inside although most of our time was spent outside!

Perfect Getaway Again

This property and it's owner are perfect. This is our second time staying here and are looking forward to it again. We never shut the windows cause we love hearing the waves crash. You are so close it's louder than the TV but that is perfe t by us.

Excellent location

Every morning we watched the sun rise from our bedroom on the 3rd floor. An amazing colorful view. Every day we were treated to the sound of rolling waves as we sat on our 2nd floor mini terrace and watched the surfers, swimmers, fishermen, and wind kiters play in the waves.
