Just a short walk from the Pleney and Super Morzine ski lifts, this apartment is ideal for groups of friends or families looking for convienece, but not wanting to compromise on accommodation.

Large open plan lounge, kitchen and diner – at the heart of the apartment this light bright spacious area offers a modern well equipped kitchen, dining table to seat up to 8 people and comfortable lounge area for relaxing in after a hard day on the slopes. Flat screen tv, dvd player, wii and xbox console offer all the entertainment you need. Large sliding patio doors on either side lead to large balconies with views to Pleney, Avoriaz and overlooking the town square.
4 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – A twin bedroom with en-suite family bathroom (large shower unit with rain head shower, vanity sink and toilet). This bedroom is located off the living area.
Bedroom 2 – Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and sink with vanity
Bedroom 3 – Large room with twin beds and door leading to the balcony
Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom with lovely views to Pleney ski slopes and door to balcony
All bedrooms have spacious built in wardrobes

Further to the en-suite facilities there is a house bathroom comprising large shower unit with rain shower head and large vanity and sink unit

Why they chose this property
Location is fantastic - 1.5 hours from Geneva or 8 hour drive from Calais. The village is stunning in both winter and summer. The ski area is great for learners and more advanced skiers. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. In the summer you can swim in lakes and cycle in the mountains.

What makes this property unique
The property is located right in the centre of Morzine opposite the tourist office. Shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. A 5 min walk to both Pleney lift and Super Morzine. Under ground parking. A large cave for storing skis. Fantastic views of Pleney one side and Avoriaz the other. A fantastic location for skiing in the winter and lakes and mountains in the summer.
