With 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, and a brand new private steam sauna on the terrace (NEW for Winter 2026!), this is your perfect mountain getaway. The huge south-facing terrace offers panoramic views of the piste, while the open-plan living space is flooded with natural light. Enjoy luxury touches like leather sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Ideal for families and groups—ski out the door and relax in style.



The Space



Apartment La Source d’Aulps sleeps up to 7 guests and is designed for both comfort and practicality. Completed in December 2017, it sits on the ground floor of a modern, secure building with underground parking, ski lockers, and a video entry system.



The open-plan living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing uninterrupted views of the mountains and Nyon piste. After a day on the slopes, sink into the plush leather sofas and watch the sun set over the Pleney. For entertainment, there’s a Smart TV with Netflix and French channels, a Wi-Fi speaker, and a selection of games.



The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering a breeze, with premium appliances including a Nespresso machine, juicer, slow cooker, and more.



Outdoor Living



One of the apartment’s highlights is the massive south-facing terrace—a true sun trap in warmer months and an atmospheric spot in winter. Partially covered, it’s perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing in the fresh alpine air. And starting Winter 2026, enjoy your own private steam sauna right on the terrace.

This was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the apartment had all that you might need. The kitchen was excellent and had all that you might need. It was a great view of the mountain and was only 15-20 yards to the nearest ski lift. The sauna was also a nice touch!Jo, the apparent host, was really helpful and always responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I loved our stay at Jo's chalet. It was bright, airy, clean and fresh and very welcoming for Christmas. The easy bus ride into town was brilliant and it's right by the Nyon Telecabin. We certainly wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Beautiful chalet

We had a fantastic stay at the chalet. Perfect location for the Nyon cable car and only a 15 minute walk along the river into Morzine. The chalet was very clean and very well equipped. We enjoyed the view from the large terrace which overlooks the mountains. We were met on arrival which meant the check in process was perfect. We hope to return again.

Fabulous apartment, great location for ski in/ski out

The apartment is in a great location opposite the Nyon telecabin so really easy to access the slopes and return at the end of the day. This has to be the best equipped place that I have stayed in with everything you need for a self catering holiday, with extras such as a slow cooker, hand blender, casserole dish to name a few. Jo was really friendly and helpful and always available at the end of the phone for any queries. A great stay was had by all.

Modern warm apartment with everything you could need, 3 huge bathrooms, all the mod cons. Quiet location with views of the mountain, bus stop outside the door and then 6 minutes to Pleney or 6 second walk to Nyon telecabin and straight on the slopes! Spotlessly clean. For us it was perfect!

From booking, any query we had was answered quickly by Jo, she definitely went above and beyond (we have a son with additional needs and she took the stress out of ensuring he had everything he needed). The apartment was clean, warm, well cared for and in a good location (we enjoyed the walk along the river into town). The buses were regular and stopped only a few meters from the apartment. Très bon emplacement, très bel appartement.

Localisation au top à proximité des remontées. L'appartement est récent et très bien entretenu et équipé. On l'occupe sans contrainte à 8 personnes 5 adultes et 3 ados) La terrasse est vraiment gigantesque et permet d'envisager des repas/apéros à l'extérieur sans contrainte aux beaux jours. La présence d'un garage est un plus même si j'ai eu toutes les peines du monde à en sortir (rampe d'accès assez étroite et petit espace pour manœuvrer en sortant du garage souterrain). Merci pour le plan de la bataille de Waterloo, petit clin d'œil qui nous a bien fait rire...on reconnait l'humour british :-)

Wonderful apartment!

We really enjoyed our Christmas stay at Jo’s chalet. The bus into Morzine was regular and just outside making it very easy. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen so easy to cook too. Worth remembering to pre book taxis if you go out for dinner in Morzine or walking back to the chalet only takes 25 minutes. The second time we did it we walked along the river which was magical!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment in Morzine. The apartment is very clean and spacious and very well located for the Nyon Téléphérique- although this was closed during our stay. The accommodation was ideal for us as we had two young children as well as 6 adults. It is perfect for a family holiday.

Absolute loved staying at the chalet with my wife and teenage kids. We were on a mountain bike holiday and loved the space, comfort and facilities offered. Whilst a car was an advantage to get into Morzine to shop, a lovely walk by the river was also a good option and took around 15 mins when just heading in for a bimble. Best of all was the balcony... a perfect sun trap after a day’s riding or simply to chill out on with cracking views of the mountains (my son broke his arm on day 3 so we had plenty of time in the chalet). The facilities were great with Netflix on offer to entertain during downtime, excellent WiFi or, as mentioned, a spacious balcony bigger than some apartments I’ve stayed at in previous years in the French Alps! The space also applied to the bedrooms with 3 large doubles (2 en-suite) and a smaller room with bunk beds. Easy parking either outside the chalet or in a secure, double underground garage completed the set up. I would highly recommend if you enjoy comfort, space, facilities and beautiful views on a stunning balcony. Tony

Had a great week with 2 families of 4, might be a squeeze with teenagers but a fantastic place for our party with 4 kids under 11. Great terrace and views, and perhaps the closest to a lift you can be. Would definately stay again. We drove which was handy as no facilities in Nyon itself but it’s on the bus route which takes only 5 mins - bus stop outside apartment. One of the best kitted out kitchens we have had!

It is run by Jo Miller, who has lived in the area for 20 years, and assisted by her partner, Hervé Gaillard, who was born and bred in the area. Between them they have a wealth of local knowledge & an enthusiasm for the area.

Jo will meet you at the chalet on your arrival, and will be on hand to assist you for the duration of your stay. All our properties are independently owned and have been selected by us based on our experience of what guests look for in a holiday home.

Our aim is to make your holiday as hassle free as possible, starting with the booking process right down to helping you organise any extra services through our network of professionals, such as ski lessons , ski hire and ski passes . You can even opt for a fully catered package if you want the flexibility of a self catered holiday but don’t want to cook every night.
