Fantastic villa in Son Veri, a quiet residential area just 200 meters from Club Nautic S’Arenal and a 2-minute walk from Palma’s long beach, one of the island’s most iconic tourist spots. Here you’ll find the perfect combination of beaches, promenades, restaurants, bars, and entertainment for an unforgettable holiday.



The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.



The villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Inside, there is a spacious and bright living room with a fireplace. The living room connects to the dining area and a large fully equipped kitchen. The villa also offers internet, a safe, and all the comforts you need for your stay.



Outside, you’ll find a large swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.

For cycling enthusiasts, the villa includes a fully equipped mechanical workshop and specialized equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles.

All reservations include free water consumption, €50 of electricity per booking, and during winter season if applicable, €50 of non-electric consumption (heating via diesel, gas, or propane). We went as a family with a couple of our friends to celebrate our golden wedding as my husband was in a weelchair the property had bedrooms ,kitchen, and living room all on one floor which was great and a ramp down to pool area.we all enjoyed it very much The letting company was very helpful in arranging taxis and everything else . -

It's a nice house with enough space for up to 12 persons. We had a lot fun in the big and clean pool. It's a mostly quiet neighborhood with some other rental houses and private properties. We had no problems with the neighbors even though we might have been a little noisy when we came back home late. The company which is running the house has a storage room in the garage, so there were employees around at most days of the week. -

Villa mit Charme in guter Lage

Die Villa ist schön groß und vor allem der Pool war unser Highlight. 12 Personen haben definitiv gebuh Platz und auch genug Badezimmer. Die Abwicklung verlief reibungslos und das Personal vor Ort war sehr nett. Bis zum Strand benötigt man ca. 5 Min zu Fuß, bis zum MegaParc sind es 15 min zu Fuß. Die Villa selbst ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, wir empfanden es als charmant. -

Var en stor familj som hyrde en vecka, med aldrarna 4-70. Fint hus med fin pool med bra läge. Grannarna som hyrde brevid var lite störiga. Vi hade inte förstatt att det var sa mycket fest i Arenal. Köket är slitet och behöver en uppdatering annars bra rum och flera fräscha badrum. Problemet pa högsommar är att det är mycket varmt och det är svart att sova utan ac. Värden kom med fläktar när vi bad om det, tack för det. Ingen tvättmaskin när vi kom men det löste sig ocksa under veckan. Svarade oftast fort vid kontakt. Vi akte nöjda hem, men tyvärr har de blonda haret och vara badkläder blivit gröna av poolen. Kan ända rekommendera stället, fast det var lite överpris. -

Gute Lage, schönes Objekt, bei genauerem Betrachten leider einige Makel

Die Villa liegt in guter Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der Check-in war sehr einfach durch einen am Haus hängendem Schlüsselkasten, der mit einem Zahlenschloss gesichert war. Der Code wurde uns rechtzeitig vor Ankunft zugeschickt. Leider war es bei Ankunft in der Villa eiskalt. Die Heizungen mussten wir zunächst aufdrehen, damit sich die Zimmer einigermaßen erwärmen konnten. Das hat allerdings auch über einen Tag gedauert. Hinzu kommt, dass die Fenster in der Villa dringend einmal ausgetauscht werden müssen, da sich jeden Morgen viel Wasser an den Scheiben und auf den Fensterbrettern angesammelt hatte. Des Weiteren war im Keller ein Schlafbereich für 3 Personen mit einem eigenen Badezimmer. Sowohl im Bad als auch im Schlafzimmer lag ein Schimmelbefall vor.

Points positifs : - villa bien située - très bien pour groupe car grande maison - cuisine spacieuse Points négatifs : - piscine sale à notre arrivée et plage et contour piscine non nettoyé. Un petit coup de karcher en début de saison serait bien. - Pas de grille dans le four donc inutisable - Le dortoir se trouve au sous sol, froid et odeur d égout. Maison qui mériterait une révision avant de mettre en location. -
