Villas in Palma are expensive. This villa was very reasonably priced. It shows some signs of wear and tear which reflects the cost but it is very clean, in a great location near shops and marina and buses. A very generous welcome pack was received. Communication is excellent with hosts giving great local advice. Some simple DIY tasks such as fixing shower holder so the shower head is more secure would make this a 5 star. Thank you

Great location

A wonderful location. Cost performance was also very good. However, since the amount of hot water is so small, you have to pay attention to the shower when there are many people. No comments

It's an awesome house and we really enjoyed our vacation

The kitchen was great with a lot of tableware and machines. The bedrooms were nice and there were many and nice bathrooms. In the living room there was a smart tv on which you could play Netflix and Youtube, which was a nice occupation when you had a hangover No comments

Fun time!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property, everything was as pictured in the listing. The one thing that we didn’t love was that one of the bedrooms had a strong musty smell so much so that our guests had to come sleep on the couch. Other than that, the hosts were extremely receptive and we had a wonderful stay!

Older Villa, but all in all good

The location, The communication with the host Price You notice that it's an older villa. Ping Pong Table was not in good condition. Also the ladder in the pool was moving

Nice villa

We stayed here with a group of eleven girls and we had a lovely time. The people for Portic Villa's are very kind and helpfull. We were always able to contact them and they responded quickly. The rooms were clean, but one of them did not have airconditioning so I was not very comfortable to sleep there. The location was just great. The house is very close to the boulevard, the beach and the supermarket. We were able to walk everywhere. We also really enjoyed the pool, which is not that big, but just big enough. No comments
