Come to Gulf Shores Plantation West unit 1342 for a fun-filled, relaxing vacation. We're located on the 3rd floor of Plantation west which overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard and has a spectacular view of the Gulf. The newly decorated condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a 42 in TV. The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin and a 32 in TV. The loft has a queen and a 32 in TV. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a 55 in Smart TV. There's a fully-equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, and dishes. There's a dining table which seats 6 and the kitchen bar seats 2. The balcony provides a spectacular view of the Gulf which is only steps away. There are countless amenities at Gulf Shores Plantation. There are 6 outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, a brand new indoor pool only steps away from our unit, 4 hot tubs, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball area, fitness room, shuffleboard, horseshoes, grills, putting green and an on-site ATM. Gulf Sores Plantation is a gated complex with 24 hr. security. There's also a restaurant and a coffee shop onsite.

There is a vehicle registration/amenities fee payable to Gulf Shores Plantation. 2-3 nights: $25, 4-6 nights: $35, 7-14 nights: $45, 15 or more nights: $60. Since I have no way to prepay this for you, this charge is not included in the booking. If you chose to book, I will send information on how to pay this fee online.

We enjoyed our stay. We kept our booking with notice from the owner that the balcony was being repaired, (structural build was completed before arrival and painting was completed during the stay), which didn't interfere with our visit. The condo was very comfortable. This was a return visit to Gulf Shores Plantation, and we'll go back again.

Lots of amenities!

Property is close to restaurants and stores, yet far enough away from hustle and bustle. Beach, pools, hot tubs, sand volleyball, tennis courts, basketball courts and more all conveniently located within complex. Property and grounds meticulously maintained. Quiet hours are respectfully enforced. Our hostess was extremely helpful and responsive.

Perfect get away!

We have been staying at GSP for 12 years but this was a favorite rental! The decor was gorgeous and the property owner was precious. Overall it was just a great experience. The icing on the cake in this unit was the balcony. Due to Alabama sun, it’s not great in peak afternoon, but that’s to be expected. But this balcony had such gorgeous views and you felt like you were still part of the pool crowd. Exceptional stay!!!

Fantastic Rental

Check in was incredibly easy. Pull up to gate hand paperwork they give you a tag a pin number for door of condo. Its was very well cleaned. Even supplied some basics much needed. Has all the basic dishes needed for cooking. Pools were very clean. Short walk to beach easy pathway. Quick response from owners! Family of 7 we all enjoyed the stay!! Great rate for a rental! Highly recommend renting.

Comfortable, family condo

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is an older unit, but comfortable and clean. Pools were warm and clean, beach was close, and the property was quiet and full of families. Our kids (ages 11-20) enjoyed the amenities. Easy check-in. Note to bring your own beach/pool towels, as those are not provided. And there are no spices, salt, pepper or spray oil in the kitchen-- we've stayed in many properties and these omissions were new to us. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time. We would stay here again!

Spring Break Trip

We had a great time at this property. Appreciated the link to the online parking pass to ease check in. Check in was simple and unit was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool was a bit cool at this time of year for the kids but nice to have indoor option. We did play shuffleboard and tennis with no extra rental costs which was nice too. Kitchen did have all basic pots and pans. However, there was a couple of spatulas that were needing replacing. It would have been nice to have griddle to make pancakes on for kids. There was not any spices to use in the kitchen which was a bit odd since most rentals at lease have salt and pepper and some butter spray. The screen door to balcony needs replacing but it was a great spot with an awesome view of the ocean and pool. We were close to Fort Morgan and the ferry. We did these things which were easy day trips. We visited Tacky Jacks for dinner which was a nice close by restaurant option. We had great weather and liked how this resort was out of the main craziness of the other gulf shores areas.

Ft Morgan trip

This is an amazing and very well furnished condo located just a very short walk down the boardwalk to the beach! The property owners were probably the most professional and supportive of any other condo owners that we have dealt with in the past! The beach was beautiful, not very crowded and the on site pools were very well kept. The only issue we had , which was No Fault to the owners, was when the elevator broke down on Thursday and remained inoperable through our departure on Saturday. Again, this was No Fault by the owners, and we still had a very relaxing, enjoyable and memorable vacation in this Gulf Shores Plantation condo. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to again stay again at another future trip!! Thank you Cammie!!

We are from North Alabama. I am an elementary school teacher and my husband is retired from the auto industry. We have two children. Our daughter is also an elementary teacher and our son is in college. We have always vacationed on the Gulf and have many wonderful memories. We hope that we can help you have some great memories too.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Gulf Shores Plantation for about 15 years. We love how the beach never feels really crowded. Since our unit is on the west side, there are no big high rises beside us. There are only beach houses which make the area seem more roomy. We also feel very safe here because it's gated and there's 24 hr.security.

What makes this property unique

One of the great benefits of staying at Gulf Shores Plantation is the location. The private beach is like your spot of paradise. Our condo is just steps from the boardwalk which ends right on the beach. If you want spectacular views and peace and tranquility you're at the right place. Then, when you're ready to go to the main stretch of Gulf Shores, you're only about 20 minutes away. There you'll find many wonderful places to eat. Also Waterville, the Track, the zoo and putt-putt are nearby for the family to enjoy.
