This Gulf front unit provides magnificent views of the Gulf and beach from inside the unit or from the large deck. Great for that morning coffee, an afternoon siesta or the beautiful sunset. The master bedroom with king size bed, and on suite bathroom, opens directly to Gulf front deck. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a twin bed for added convenience. The tastefully decorated living room also opens directly to the Gulf front deck. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations if needed. The kitchen has been recently remodel. All new cabinets with 'Corian' counters and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The large dinning table accommodates six (6) people. The unit also includes its own washer and dryer and a full second bathroom. A flat screen TV and DVR are in the living room and a flat screen TV is also in the master bedroom. The master bath has also been recently remodeled. The second bedroom also has a TV and DVR. High Speed Internet service is available throughout the unit. Outside you will be able to enjoy the incredible amenities that the resort offers such as the beautiful beach, 6 outdoor pools including a children's pool, hot tub, Indoor pool and a complete fitness center. There are tennis courts and putting greens also on the grounds and you can walk to the championship golf course of Kiwa Dunes which is next door.
