Beachfront family villa with pool

Superb seaside villa. Perfect for family holidays or friends. In the peace of a private impasse, it is close (350 m) of the watched beach of Boisvinet and 500m of the town center and its trade as well as the marina. . Composed of 3 bedrooms (140 beds) and a bathroom with Italian shower, it also offers a complete independent studio for 2 people, with its bathroom and its bed of 160 on the ground floor.
The kitchen is redone, is equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer) giving su rune small veranda perfect for breakfast. A living room that opens onto a large veranda reception and a garage. A laundry room with washing machine. Outside: a pool of 9mx4m
unheated, secure with a shutter and its terrace, a table tennis and a barbecue. The land (800m2) is perfectly enclosed.
Its location brings a calm assured.
This villa is non-smoking and our friends the dogs are also not allowed.

I request a deposit of 1000 euros refundable within 15 days after departure.

Family holiday

We enjoyed a two week stay in this fabulous house in August with 3 older teenage children. The house is spacious and well presented, it always seemed to be the right temperature. Summer 2019 jard sur mer

This is a lovely house for a family holiday. The property is well equipped and very comfortable for a family of four with grown up children. The kitchen is superb and there is plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very welcome on a hot afternoon. The owners are a lovely couple who are very kind and helpful. This was our third time in Jard and I’m sure we’ll be back soon.

Wundervolles Haus in ruhiger Meeresnähe

Das Haus befindet sich in toller ruhiger Lage (Sackgasse) und dennoch fußläufig zum Meer und Hafen von Jard, sowie zum Zentrum von Jard. Das Haus ist sehr schön. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr grün und geschmackvoll angelegt, das Haus ist ebenfalls bestens ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt ohne Abstriche sehr genossen, und kommen sehr gern wieder. Danke sehr an Francoise!

Nous avons passé un deuxième séjour relaxant et précieux dans cette belle maison de vacances. Très belle maison de vacances à Jard sur Mer

Nous avons passé deux semaines superbes dans cette belle maison. Elle est très bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine, et sa situation est parfaite - calme mais tout près de la plage, la ville et le port. Les propriétaires sont tellement gentils et attentionnés . Ça fait des années qu’on passe les vacances à Jard sur Mer et nous sommes très reconnaissants d’avoir trouver une maison si parfaite à Jard pour nos vacances de famille.

Maison très agréable et très bien située

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison qui est très bien équipée, spacieuse, jolie et confortable. Les salles de bains et la cuisine sont très bien. Les deux vérandas sont très agréables. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour le confort des vacanciers et se sentir chez soi. Nous étions ravis de pouvoir nous rendre à la plage, au port et au centre bourg à pied. Nous avons pu profiter de la région que nous ne connaissions pas et fait des visites très intéressantes malgré une météo capricieuse pendant notre séjour. Bien entendu, nous regrettons que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée mais ça, nous le savions déjà : il n'a malheureusement pas fait assez chaud pour que nous puissions profiter de la piscine. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et ravis de conseiller sur ce qu'il y a à faire dans le coin.

Proche du centre, calme et proche de la plage

Cette maison est si proche du centre, des plages et des commerces et quand-même très calme. On peut dormir toute la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes sans entendre un seul bruit. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont très modernes et très bien équipés. La piscine à l‘eau salée est très grande et l´eau très agréable. Tout le jardin avec les arbres est magnifique et privée. Les vélos étaient une très grand plus. Parfait pour aller partout. Un grand merci.

Rude owners

Our family has rented summer houses for many years on this and other platforms and we have always been very well met by the owners. The owners of this house met us with irritation, suspicion and impoliteness upon departure. They also spoke in an irritated way of previous families who had rented their house. Therefore we do not recommend to rent from these owners.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée. La cuisine nous a particulièrement plu. Elle dispose d’appareils électroménagers de grande marque. Seul petit bémol: la piscine non chauffée (mais indiquée dans l’annonce), ce qui n’a pas empêché les enfants d’en profiter tous les jours ;-) La communication avec les propriétaires très accueillants était très facile. La maison étant située dans une impasse, nous avons passé de jolies vacances reposantes. Nous la recommanderons volontiers à nos amis. Nous conseillons le marché du mercredi avec ses produits locaux, et en été le marché nocturne qui a lieu le jeudi soir et qui est bien fréquenté. Merci à Françoise et à son mari :-)
