Our house was built in 1918 on one of Seward's original town sites. It is within walking distance to various restaurants, shops, Resurrection bay, and the Alaska SeaLife Center. Our home is two blocks away from the free town shuttle bus stop, and several quaint coffee shops are within walking distance. Hiking trails are a block or two away from our house, and the Seward Boat Harbor is one mile away; you can either walk or take a free shuttle. Travelers provide their own meals. Outdoor grill is available. No interaction with the owner due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Snacks, tea, and coffee are always available. It has a small kitchenette but NO cooking stove/oven. Standard WI-FI is available but not guaranteed. Private entrance. Two bedrooms with a private bathroom in each rooms. Both rooms with a personal key code.

We are in a quiet neighborhood area in downtown Seward. Although the place is a private space with a separate entry, it is attached to our home, so we are available when you need us. Because we live on-site, we do ask, for security reasons, that guests have their identity confirmed via VRBO and are willing to send us a copy of their government-issued ID as needed.
