Character farmhouse with large swimming pool

Le Mas de la Mirandière, old stone house, adjoining to the north, is built on tall vaulted cellars and overlooks a southern Ardèche landscape (vines, pines, hamlets), with the first foothills of the Cévennes as a backdrop and, even further, Mont Lozère.
From the courtyard, a first large external stone staircase leads you to a large terrace, partly sheltered for meals. Inside the building, white walls and cement tiles, antique furniture, sober and neat decoration. On the 1st level, a spacious and bright living room with wood stove, an independent fitted kitchen, a first large bedroom with two single beds and an extra shower room. An internal stone staircase leads you to a 2nd level which distributes 3 bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with single bed and a child's bed, 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed, a bathroom with shower Italian and bath, two bathrooms with Italian showers. Finally, a last staircase gives you access to the last level where there is an additional double bedroom under the roof.
Below the courtyard, a large garden of almost one hectare, bordering a natural area, with low walls and stone slabs, small woods, meadows with a donkey, and, on one of the terraces, a long swimming pool heated to 27 °, with electric shutter, a large wooden beach with solar shower, in an intimate area of vegetation.
The whole property ensures tranquility, character and comfort, in nature, but without being isolated.
Nearby, beautiful excursions in nature or in villages of character, swimming in rivers and good restaurants and a little further, the gorges of the Ardèche and the Chauvet cave.
The house is offered to you without the household linen but you can rent it.
