Just come back from a lovely stay, in this family of 4 with a 17 and 15 year old. The villa is beautiful with stunning views, the pictures don't do it justice. Sara and louie were brilliant host and communication was amazing, always on hand to answer any questions. The only downside is the walk back up to the villa from town, it gives your calves a good workout, but you can always get a taxi back up. We visited the old town where there are lots of little bars and restaurants to choose from. There's also lots of restaurants in Almuñécar itself. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay again.

Lovely large villa set on a hill with stunning views, it is set up has two separate apartments, the lower one has a small kitchen and living room and a bedroom and bathroom, the main area as a large kitchen and living room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, everything you could want for us here, inc two washing machines.The garage is very large as we had hired a very large estate car and it fit fairly easily, there is a light in there and an electric garage door.The only problem with its location is the very steep hill to get to it, a car is essential, but even then the property as many steps to get around it’s not for anyone who is disabled.We stay for 12 days as two couples and had an absolute fantastic time, we used it as a base to travel every other day to various locations, inc the Wild West theme parks.The pool was large enough for the 4 of us and we loved having food cooked on the BBQ and eating outside when the wasps let us.All in all, we as two couples had a lovely relaxing time.

Really fabulous property with plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location (very hilly and 200+ steps to villa from beach after a hill climb so not for the faint hearted - although taxis cheap and easy to find to get you home and up the hill after a lovely meal out in the evening). Sara the property manager is also a fantastic bonus as she looked after us above and beyond the necessary. Cannot recommend enough!

Stunning villa and amazing views. Pictures don't do it justice. We had an amazing 10 days at this beautiful villa in Almuneca. It had everything we could have wanted and more. Louis and Sara the property managers answered any questions really promptly and it really felt like nothing was too much trouble.We had a car but walked into Almuneca a few times. You can get down the hill to the beach in about 10 minutes easily but it is a steep climb when you come back but it was ok. Lots of great places to eat and drink and plenty of beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area. If you want a great villa in a beautuful area of spain i recommend this one.

Lovely villa

5 of us stayed in the property. 2 teenage girls loved having the annex to themselves.Good points:Garage parkingLovely pool and relaxation areasBrilliant having the annex to useAmazing views over the bayWell appointed kitchen, with some items left to useSara, the property manager couldnt do enough for us. Communication prior to arrival was fantastic.Not so good points:Villa is on a steep hill. Its a good workout but not at all suitable for those with mobility or physical problems.There are many steps around the villa, so again not suitable for those with mobility issues or young children.There were areas of the villa that could do with freshening up. It looked a little tired.Overall a lovely get away, close to the town and amenities. We went to the coffee farm and on a boat trip with Granada sailing both which we would recommend.

A wonderful villa for a perfect holiday

A really superb villa; spacious, very well equipped, spectacular views, lovely pool, lots of outside areas for eating and relaxing, clean and well presented. Communication and check in with property manager Sara was excellent and who dealt with all our queries and requests superbly (assisted by Louis). Directions were good although mototway exit has been renumbered to 920, but we found our way ok. Lots of steps up and down provided a good workout although not so good if any mobility issues. No english language live TV so just Netflix or a rather clunky screen sharing from devices arrangement. The separate 'annexe' appartment in listing was not open to us although we didn't need it. We would definately recommend it.

Very clean magnificent home in a beautiful, safe, and private neighborhood. Sara was there to help us find the villa and give us a tour. Her and Louis were both very attentive and informative. The property is stunning. Far exceeding our expectations and exactly what we dreamed of when we chose a villa on the coast. The view is spectacular. We cooked in the home most nights, but we also ate out a few nights. Everything was delicious. Walking to the beach is a pretty steep decline, but if you want a good morning workout, highly recommend. The kitchen is large with everything you need. Although the home has A/C we chose to leave the windows and doors open most of the time for fresh air. Our daughter loved her own separate casita downstairs. The property is incredibly secure. We rented a VW T-ROC that fit nicely in the garage. Afternoon siestas were exactly what we needed each day to rest before adventuring out in the evenings; to really soak in the spanish lifestyle. With so many games, books, terraces, and streaming available, we were never bored. Our time here flew by and we would come back again and again!

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche ( bereits ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionstüchtig), sehr bequeme Betten, schönes, großes Wohzimmer mit internetfähigem Fernseher, Musikanlage, Spielen (leider meist auf niederländisch), großem Essbereich, vier Terrassen mit schöner Beleuchtung, schöne Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang, tolle Liegen am Pool und sehr netten Verwaltern. Alles super! Lediglich das kleine Extrabad, das zum zweiten Schlafzimmer gehört, roch etwas unangenehm.

Heerlijk verblijf

Oud en nieuw gevierd in dit huis. Alles is aanwezig, zeer goede inventaris en gezellige plek. Onze zoon heeft in het appartement beneden geslapen en wij met dochter boven. Zwembad helaas te koud nu maar dat wisten we van te voren. Het huis kan wel iets schoner opgeleverd worden, wij hebben zelf gestofzuigd en kwamen nogal wat tegen.

Villa impresionante

La casa es preciosa, muy bien equipada y decorada con muchísimo gusto. La piscina es grande y con diferentes profundidades. las diferentes terrazas son super acogedoras y los sillones comodísimos. Sara y Louis son un encanto y estuvieron super pendientes antes, durante y después de la estancia. La única pega es la ubicación de la casa, depende la idea que tengas de vacaciones, si no te importa andar grandes cuestas o moverte en vehículo es perfecta, si la idea es, como nosotros, ir a la playa y movernos sólo a pie, está un poco apartada.

Anders als erwartet

Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit Sara war 👍Wir können die Positiven Bewertungen nicht nach vollziehen. Das Haus riecht unangenehm, wahrscheinlich sehr viel Feuchtigkeitsschäden. Fast alle Sitzbezüge waren unansehnlich bzw schmutzig. Im Geschirr waren noch Essenreste.Und die Böden vor allem im Bädern waren auch nicht sauber. Dann haben wir Ameisen in der Küche und im Essen gehabt. Und auch in einem Schlafzimmer in den Koffer Kleidung unterm Bett usw.Terassen und Pool waren sehr schön. Aufgrund des unangenehmen Geruches wurden überall Duftspender aufgestellt um den schlechten Geruch zu überdecken.Das Garagentor ist defekt. Die Markisen an der oberen Terrasse lassen sich nicht ausfahren. Fernbedienung defekt.Dann sollten laut Mietvertrag 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder zu Verfügung stehen und ein Fitnessraum,was auch nicht der Fall war..Die Bilder täuschen doch sehr. Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel.

Superb Easter break!

Had a great family reunion in this lovely part of Spain. Lovely villa, with wonderful views and easy access to the beach, as well as cultural activities. We had a very warm welcome from the villa hosts, they were extremely helpful and gave us great tips. We would definitely return to this villa again. Thank you for a great time!

Una villa muy confortable para nuestra familia, con una atencion inmejorable

Hemos pasado unos dias fabulosos en esta maravillosa casa. Los niños adoraron la piscina. Nuestra hija adolescente encantada con el apartamento inferior para ella. Las vistas espectaculares. Y las atenciones de Sara y Louis inmejorables, cualquier pequeña cosa que ha surgido lo han solucionado inmediatamente y con gran profesionalidad. Ya se la hemos recomendado a los amigos.

Fantastic villa with stunning views

We stayed here for 9 nights in August and would happily have stayed a lot longer! The villa is lovely - roomy, comfortable and really well equipped. The pool and surrounding area is perfect and the views are to die for. Sara and Louis were super helpful and welcoming and gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to do. The beaches in the area are lovely. The local one at Cotobro Bay is a short walk downhill but a bit more of a trek back up ! Almuñécar old town is easy to reach by bus from the bay and by car but parking can be a bit tricky in town. There are lots of great restaurants and bars in town. La Herradura is also worth a visit. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful holiday, 5 adults and 3 toddlers in our party. The villa was very clean and tidy with a very well equipped kitchen, like home from home. Plenty of entertainment, TV, DVD player with a variety of DVD's, books, boxed games or cards. Also Wifi is available at the villa. Brilliant views. So much space at the villa, you could relax in so many different places finding shade or sun. The pool was a great place to relax and big enough for all. As advised it is on a hill so a car is a necessity. The property has a spacious single garage. The agents were very friendly, informative and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this villa for family holidays
