ABOUT OUR SPECIFIC SKY HOME IN TOWER 3…

Our beautifully decorated 1,333 sq. ft. 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath sky home is located on the 18th floor of Tower 3 with the most stunning Gulf views – miles of Emerald Coast as far as your eyes can see. Tower 3 is also the closest tower to the beach with immediate access! A short walk gets you access to the beautiful white sand and pristine waters of Pensacola Beach. Tower 3 is adjacent to the Rubio tennis courts, and a 2-3 minute walk to the Lifestyle center. The only thing you will see looking out the 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows and our expansive balcony is the Gulf & Santa Rosa Island. Several miles of spectacular breathtaking views of sugar-white sand beaches and seashore! Each of the five towers in the Portofino Resort offer their own large pool and hot tub, along with umbrella tables, chairs, and loungers for sunbathing.

Our Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with everything a chef may need to cook for an entire family including a waffle iron, blender, regular coffee pot, and even a Keurig – just bring your favorite K-Cups for the week. We supply you with 1 large roll of paper towels, coffee filters, basic spices, dish soap, & a few dishwasher pods. The dining table seats 6 with 3 additional bar stools.

The Living Room has amazing views from every angle, plenty of comfortable seating for 6, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a 55” Smart TV. There is a powder bath in the open common area & FREE WIFI. We have books, magazines, puzzles, cards, and games available in the sideboard.

The 40' PRIVATE BALCONY has a panoramic view allowing for both the Gulf of America as well as Santa Rosa Sound. We have comfortable patio furniture to relax (no hard seating here!) while watching the spectacular sunrise or enjoy a glass of wine while listening to the waves roll in… There is also an electric grill.

Both the master and guest bedroom have king size beds with memory foam mattresses and 500 count Egyptian cotton sheets, ensuring that you will sleep soundly. Both bedrooms have direct view of the Gulf from your bed and a private entrance to the balcony. Each has black-out drapes and are equipped with a flat screen TV. The master bath has a double vanity with separate shower and jacuzzi tub. Both bathrooms are provided with thick cotton towels.

Additionally, there is a full size washer & dryer with a few laundry pods for your use. We provide you with 2 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 1 beach bag, a small cooler, and an umbrella. The Resort does offer a beach chair service of approx $50 per day if you so desire, but we have included these personal items for your convenience and savings. We also offer a covered parking space in the garage – very nice to have in the heat of summer!

Pizzas are also available for pick-up and delivery.

In addition, there are five lighted Rubico (clay) tennis courts. Onsite rentals for bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, boogie boards, and water bikes are also available. Enjoy bicycle riding or hiking on Gulf Island National Seashore’s paved trails. Tiger Point, a 36-hole championship golf course, is located nearby Gulf Breeze. While visiting Pensacola, visitors may be interested in the Naval Museum and Downtown Palafox Place which has grown to include bustling boutiques and retail shops, casual and fine dining, art and culture, and live music and theatrical venues, all residing within a harmonious blend of historical architectural styles.
