Delightful, comfortable,Well maintained, well equipped villa with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms. Great pool with large spacious terrace & sun roof and lovely views of Montgo. Close to the village of Jesus Pobre with small supermarkets, bank bakers, restaurants, hairdressers. Close to Javea & Denia for the beaches & Mariott Hotel for Golf and fantastic Spa. Really attractive rural location with wonderful walks and views.

We live in Spain and own and manage Casita de Alba, Casa Almareka and Casa Susana. We do all our own maintenance and cleaning to ensure our villas are in perfect condition and spotlessly clean for our guests. I was a City Business woman until I found Casita de Alba in Jesus Pobre and from that day I knew I wanted to live there. I put my heart and soul into reforming the villa and made it into a luxurious, comfortable, welcoming home. We have had some wonderful times with many clients who come regularly over the years and who have enjoyed our properties.

Why they chose this property

I first visited Jesus Pobre in my youth and was completely smitten.It is such a delightful village and so near to Casa Susana you can enjoy a leisurely walk to La Tasca Restaurant and the Sunday Market or enjoy a short drive to the beach. It is a perfect location.
The villa is spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and the views from the roof terrace are wonderful.
