This modern three-bedroom apartment with pool, in Boquer area, sits just 100m from the beach. It is close to all amenities and the promenade. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing stay in a perfect location.
This apartment has a private garden overlooking the green area of "Boquer walk".

Fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, one of them with double bed and en suite bathroom, one double and one single. Bathroom. Balcony with panoramic views of the mountains. Equipped with air conditioner in the living room and two of the bedrooms. There is a large table with chairs on the terrace for comfortable "al fresco" evening meals.

Thanks for leaving your cooments Charlotte, indeed, the apartment is in lovely area, however, the rest of the comments are not quite right. The photos show exactly how the apartment is, and I never had any complaints about the beds being noisy. On the advert is says that there is air conditioning in the living room, master bedroom and twin bedroom, no air con in the single bedroom. It is true that the shutter in the twin bedroom was stuck, you showed me when I was there and managed to slide it down.

Relaxing time with family

This apartment is a good option if you want to be close to the beach. It is in a quite area but beware some of the other apartments are residential so you do get some noise. The pool does not have a shallow section so not great for little ones but better on beach anyway. The apartment could do with a refresh and worth checking in with owner when you arrive if anything not as you would expect. If you ahev not been to Puerto Pollensa then thoroughly recommend especially if you have young children. But beware not a cheap resort.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there was a few areas where small improvements would make life much ea

A little attention to detail would improve this property no end. A few more hangers in the wardrobes. More drawers for clothes in the bedrooms. Slightly better quality lounge furniture. The coffee table will barely take the weight of a cup of coffee. Quite a lot a items in the property did not work, and in my opinion if proper checks were made before arrival of clients, this would not happen. The main bathroom is overdue an update. The shower and other figments are poor for a property at this price level. Communication was none existent from the property management, despite our reporting a few initial issues open arrival. Overall this is a nice property, but ready for a few hundred euro spending to make the experience match the description.

We love Puerto Pollensa and keep returning. This was the first time we had stayed at Pins de Boquer and felt very much at home. The apartment is spacious, well located, very well equipped and serviced. We might be back next year.

Fantastic accommodation!!

The location is just perfect, 2min walk to the beach and all the restaurants along the pine walk. The apartment was spotless with all the amenities required. Fresh water, juice and biscuits left for the kids was a lovely touch. If I had one criticism, I would have preferred light quilts rather than sheets and blankets. Didn’t impact our holiday though!! Would thoroughly recommend for anyone considering a stay in the area. Thank you!!

From start to finish an excellent experience. The owner, Francisca, couldn't have been more helpful and made the whole process easy. The apartment was clean, well equipped, spacious and in an absolutely prime location. Fantastic. Within minutes of the restaurants at the front and perfect location for setting out on the bikes. Clean, spacious & comfortable

Great property, so close to the beach and pine walk (2 minutes max). Everything you need and Puerto Pollensa is so beautiful. Walk to the big Eroski supermarket about 10 - 15 minutes but very local small supermarket nearby (more expensive and less choice). Local buses really easy to use and we did some amazing walks through the nearby mountains. Family of cats (about 20) live near the bin and electricity sub station which we really enjoyed feeding, and they are all looked after by a lovely lady morning and evening, who cares for many of the homeless cats in Pollensa. All in all an amazing holiday.

Outstanding

Firstly, the photographs do not do this property justice. It is very spacious, very clean, exceptionally well equipped with high quality items, especially the kitchen, and quite simply a 'home from home'. The well equipped patio faces west as does the small artificially grassed garden just beyond. A two minute walk from the pine walk and beach and not much more to the Vora Mar Supermarket and some super restaurants. Very highly recommended - we shall definitely return.

Spot on really good

Hi we stayed last week and found the apartment fantastic ,in a great location . If fact I could not find a problem . We all just loved our stay , we wher four fellas on a cycling holiday and their was plenty of room. . Thanks again to Francesca . Hope to be back next year

Very nice apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the beach and Pine Walk. Inside it is clean, spacious and well-equipped. Outside there is a good-sized shared pool which we had to ourselves all the time that we were there. Highly recommended.

Excellent spacious house

Francisca apartment is excellent. It is more of a house where bedrooms are on second floor. It is spacious and clean and had everything we wished for-we were pleasantly surprised as you never know what you are going to!!! The pool is just outside the back door area and there is a small private garden to the front. Our boys loved playing in the pool all day then a short 3min walk to the beach. The area is quiet and the other residents of the apartment block were all lovely. Francisca is a lovely host and helped us greatly for our stay. We would definitely recommend and return!

Highly recommended spacious apartment

Francesca's apartment is lovely, spacious, well equipped and airy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very well positioned, a short walk to Pine Walk beaches, there are numerous supermarkets close by and of course a multitude of restaurants. The pool is a good size and most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Highly recommend for a couple or a family. Thank you, Francesca!
