Beautiful 3 bed villa with sea views overlooking the Praca in the heart of Vale do Lobo. Conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the communal pool (charges apply), restaurants and bars. Accommodation comprises of a living room with dining area, satellite TV, DVD player. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The ground floor bedroom is a double and has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms, 1 double and the other twin, share an adjacent bathroom. Roof terrace with outside leisure furniture. Outside terrace with garden furniture and stunning sea views. This town house benefits from air-conditioning and internet.

As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Property review

Great location and position in Vale do Lobo. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, cafes and restaurants. Fantastic views over the beach and resort. Nice seating areas and gardens. Villa has all the facilities required with plenty of seating and kitchen space. There are 2 double bedrooms on the top floor but only one small bathroom which may be an issue for 4 adults. The downstairs double bedroom is self contained with its own en suite shower room. The freezer is located in a locked storage closet, accessible only from outside the property.

Stunning setting, looking over the sea. Villa absolutely gorgeous, ideal location. No issues during our stay, all very clean and well equipped. Didn’t want to come home.

Excellent outside areas and great location

This property has an excellent location, only 2 mins walk to the Praca at Vale do Lobo, being cliff side at the resort . It is secluded and private - so much so, we struggled to find it when arriving in the dark! The outside sun deck offers stunning views over the resort, the beach and out to sea. It enjoys all day sun and a welcoming refreshing breeze. The garden side seating area has a tranquil sunny environment from which to sun bathe or enjoy a meal at the shaded seating area. There is a gas bbq here also. The property is slightly cramped inside in communal areas with a relatively small lounge / dining area. However the three double bedrooms are large and well appointed. The kitchen area only offers 3 seats at the breakfast bar but it is well equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils etc. The villa is very clean, bright and fresh. Overall this is a really nice villa, maybe a bit small internally for six people - however given the high quality of the location, external areas and cleanliness well worth a visit.

Lovely property- wonderful location

We loved the views from this Villa and it’s proximity to centre of Vale Do Lobo. We had a slight issue with the power tripping out but this was quickly sorted by the agent.

Beautiful villa with the most amazing view

The villa is absolutely stunning and looks just like it does in the photos, although I would say that the views/location is even better in real life. You can watch both the sunrise and sunset from the beautiful roof terrace. The beach and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk from the property. I would highly recommend staying here! Also a big thank you to Paulo for being so helpful and on hand for anything we needed.
