About this property

Substantial Villa for 6 adults with outdoor covered terrace, pool and gardens

Our villa is suited to both family and friends getting together for an easy holiday in a spacious luxurious environment. The Villa is in a quite and exclusive development overlooking a 5 star golf course and hotel. Our gardens and pool includes a new covered terrace and are very private for a complete wind-down and escape from regular life. The beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants are a 5 minutes stroll away, so getting supplies is straight forward and there are plenty of distractions on offer too.

We are also open to the idea of a couple or couples using the Villa to get away from the European winter for an extended period and we are willing to negotiate a reduced rate in such circumstances.

Superior 4 bed villa, with ample open living space. Large planted and grass garden with heated pool covered terrace and relaxing sun loungers. Car parking is safe and immediate to the house. The interior living space flows between the kitchen, dining and seating areas. A comfortable couch allows you to watch a movie, read quietly or relax for conversation time! There is also a separate office desk for computer work. An eight seater dining table is a great forum for lively lunches even though most of our meal times are spent outdoors at the outdoor dining table. There are four generous bedrooms. 2 of them are double bedrooms, one of these has direct access to the pool. The other double room in en suite. There are two twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has black out curtains for light sleepers or early wakers! A large communal bathroom is available for all bed rooms, as well as a guest bathroom in the entrance hall. Stepping into the garden brings it's many additional layers of the property into immediate focus. The BBQ area, the dining area, the pool and loungers, and the lushness of the garden is complimented by the trees and vegetation on the golf club. A glass wall defines the boundary of our house, but this is often forgotten as the greenery of both house and golf course blends together. The property is on one level with few steps to navigate, other than at the entrance to the house. There is a vast roof top terrace.

We have TV, Netflix and Play Station for quite evenings.

The garden is a highlight of the villa and is set up for outdoor living during the day and in the evening.

We had a fantastic family stay at the villa and certainly enjoyed the pool and space to lounge, as well as the spacious property. For the evenings we stayed in, there was good entertainment options with the TV, movies, games and books. The owner and property manager couldn't have been nicer and helpful and certainly made our trip feel special.

Top Villa

Just come back from a weeks holiday with the family to this villa. Villa is amazing, clean, spacious, well equipped and cared for. Lots of extra little touches provided that make it. The outside space is a big plus for this villa, from playing in the pool to the chilling out on the outdoor furniture. Location is ideal, short walk to shops and beach and in a peaceful location. Great communication from the host prior to arrival and during our stay. All had a great time, would highly recommended this place.

This villa is fantastic. We were a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of space for us all with 4 large bedrooms. The villa is clean and tidy and has everything you need. The Wow factor really hits you when you step outside. This area is amazing and is where we spent most of our time either lazing around the pool or having a drink at one of the many seating areas. The property is excellent and overlooking the golf course. It gives a great feeling of space as we were two families of four and didn't feel like we were under eachothers feet. Great communication with the owner, Assumpta and Gaby the manager of the property. It is quite breezy, but a welcome warm breeze to keep you cooler in the blazing sun. The pool is NOT heated as stated, which was okay to plunge into to cool off, but not for a lengthy stay in it as would get a bit chilly at the time we went (25/08-04/09)It's just a 10-12 minute walk to the shopping centre which has a few restaurants and access to the beach. The shopping centre also has a Spar which is where we were able to get all our shopping supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a perfect villa

We booked a week at Assumptas villa and wished we'd have booked for 2! The villa is better than in the pictures. It's beautiful, in a fab location which is super peaceful and only a short walk to the shops and beaches. We cooked most days and ate out on the terrace overlooking the golf course. Lovely villa in great location

Just had a week’s holiday with our family in this beautiful villa. Really spacious, furnished with everything we needed and very well cared for. Lovely pool and garden with putting green. The children (and adults) had a great time. Within walking distance of supermarket, shops and bus route to access the rest of the island. The owner was very helpful and friendly and recommended some excellent restaurants in Calete de Fuste. The photographs don’t really do it justice. Strongly recommend a visit - we would love to go back again.

Wonderful villa

We booked the villa for one week for a family trip with our kids and grandkids. There was some confusion for the host as the Vrbo app had only recorded one visitor on the booking, when in fact there were 6 adults, 2 children and 2 babies. However the host, Assumpta, was very understanding and great to communicate with. The villa really is stunning, with everything you need, and in a great location. Please be aware that the villa is only for 6 people altogether, despite Vrbo accepting my original booking.

Fantastic Villa

We have just returned with a group of friends from what was a super holiday in Fuerteventura. The villa was perfect for us - very spacious well laid out with comfortable beds. The villa is very well maintained and well stocked with necessary crockery, utensils etc. The rear aspect of the villa is beautifully facing the expanse of the golf course and the pool/garden area, perfect for relaxing. The clever design of the area for seating (couches) is perfect for cool breeze and shade whilst still enjoying the benefits of the warm sunshine. Its close proximity to the shopping centre and the beach (walk 10/15 mins) is perfect. Gaby the property manager was so lovely and ensured we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this property for its high standards and great location. We will definitely make a return trip back here.

Excellent family stay

Our first time doing a villa holiday and we weren’t disappointed. The villa was pretty much exactly as the photos and description. Plenty of space for our group of 6 (could easily accommodate 8 with foir large bedrooms). Well equipped, clean and tidy. Air conditioned rooms (albeit the one on the lounge struggles with the size of the room - but you don’t spend much time in the lounge anyway (sat outside or in bedrooms most of the time!). Pool attended to twice a week. Only very minor issues I could say (being super picky) would be :-1) that there were quite a few wasps (albeit wasps out there are far less aggressive than at home) but in fairness the host/local contact sorted it within 48 hours and had someone round to destroy the nest; and2) similarly there were quite a few insects and spiders and webs in the garden area (but all as you expect when you go away;) and 3) the garden area around the pool is all Astro turf which can get quite hot to walk on at peak times. But that’s it and that’s being very picky!All in all it was a great stay and we will definitely be Villa holiday in again based on this experience, no doubt we’ll be back to this place again in the future too!

Fantastic 4 week holiday x

Just heading home after 4 weeks of lush weather, just the last day we had a splatter of rain - we were so lucky. We all enjoyed the villa and a great location being avid golf fans with lovely outlook onto the course. The villa worked great for us all especially with bringing the mother in law - she felt very safe there and content. All the outdoor space was brilliantly looked after, sun-beds comfy, astroturfing worked great around the pool, pool attendant was very efficient, pool temperature was lovely, putting green has seen some fun . Indoor was very spacious, kitchen worked great, and laundry room an advantage! Not much laundry to do once we get home which is always a drag. Bedrooms worked well and bathrooms too. Gaby did a Stirling job and very efficient. Well done! Your communication was spot on and answered any of our queries, prior and during our stay - thank you so very much. We had some great meals out and enjoyed taking friends to the local market for a fist full of genuine fakes!!! Also had some great bbq’s but chilly in the evenings but the guys were in charge of that ! All very positive and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely villa

My family of seven adults aged between 24 yrs and 62 yrs and our five year old granddaughter have just returned after a lovely week in this villa. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The quality of accommodation is excellent and the outdoor area fantastic. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Our granddaughter was never out of the good sized pool. I had been a bit concerned about being quite so close to the gold course with the glass wall but it was not at all intrusive or exposed feeling, quite the opposite. I urge anyone looking at the villa to go. It would be really difficult not to have a wonderful time here.

Beautiful Villa

We have just arrived back from a wonderful holiday in what I can only describe as a beautiful villa. It was a family holiday which included my wife and 2 grown up sons with their partners and my mother and father-in-law so 8 of us in total. The villa inside was spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome pack awaiting in the kitchen. The accommodation inside was very spacious for a group of our size and the outside area could only be described as amazing. From the seating area to the pool and sunloungers it was perfect, even the views over the golf course were an added bonus..The villa was only a short distance to the atlantico centre with a lovely spar supermarket bars, restaurants and gorgeous sandy beach. Gaby the agent was very helpful and such a lovely lady. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves one day. Thank you Assumpta for letting us hire your beautiful villa.

Great Villa!

Just returned from a great 2 weeks with my family (2 boys, 9yrs & 6yrs). Location is a little bit out from the main hub, but that aint a bad thing! A 10 min walk will take you to the commercial center where there are a few restaurants and a supermarket so you can stock up on essentials. Taxi's are so cheap, 3.5 euros will get you into town! The villa its self is immaculate, you can tell that this is not your average 'holiday home', the quality of the furniture, the fixtures and fittings, the beautiful artwork on the walls, the sculptures and the most important thing....comfy beds! Gaby the agent welcomed us upon arrival and showed us round and how things worked. Nice touches like the welcome pack of bread, milk, wine, crips etc didn't go unnoticed. There is also a big book of information to keep you right with everything you need. There is air conditioning in all rooms, DVD player, XBOX to keep the kids happy, a putting green at the side of the house and some bikes if you are feeling energetic. Dealing with Assumpta was great and would highly recommend this villa.

Wow! Beautiful property

We certainly weren't disappointed when we arrived at the Villa. The pictures on this website are good but don't do it justice! The villa is huge - plenty of room for the 8 of us. Everything was very clean and Chris, the agent for the property, was so helpful. 10 minute walk to the supermarket which had everything that you need. Wouldn't hesitate to book again and would definitely recommend. Had a great holiday. Thank you Assumpta and family for sharing your holiday home.

Absolutely Fabulous

Myself and my brother's family have just had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. It started with a warm welcome from Gaby the agent who was available at the end of the phone if needed. As soon as she saw we had young children she immediately had the heat turned up in the pool, which was so thoughtful. There was essential food/drink too. Even fleece blankets if the night is little chilly. There were so many nice, thoughtful touches. The villa and garden were immaculate with the lawn being like a carpet. The little ones had so much space to run around and hide! we hired a car which was useful, purely because we had little ones but as described, shops and beach only 5 min walk. It was a peaceful area and the view, whilst rocking in the hammock chairs, across the golf course, was delightful. The zoo is only half hour by car but you can go by bus for free via the local shopping centre. This villa would suit every type of person. We will definitely be recommending to others. Our home from home in the warm yet windy climate of Fuertaventura which suits our Northern European make-up perfectly.

We enjoy guaranteed sunshine together with cool breezes which makes it possible for us have both active as well as relaxed days. We have the choice to walk, run, cycle, swim as well as windsurf, golf, snorkel and surf. The real advantage is that all of this is on our doorstep without any big fuss. Every day is different and we all love the flexibility of choosing what we will do without any great planning in advance.

Fuertaventura suits the three generations in our family.. My parents who love to walk the boardwalk every day, my husband and I who cycle and run, and all of us who in one way or another enjoy the sea and pool as swimmers, snorkels and wind surfers.

Why they chose this property

The big plus is that our house is a gem in offering complete privacy in the comfort of a modern Villa, whilst also being accessible to all local amenities on foot.

It has all the advantages of a detached individual property in a quite exclusive group of houses on the Campo de Golf resort. The pool and gardens are private and safe for you to relax in and share quality time with friends and family while on holiday. Combining exercise, rest, relaxation and social time all comes together on this holiday Villa.

Moreover once you settle into the Villa everything you need in shopping, coffees, dining out, the beach with a number of water activities is within 5/10 walking minutes. Local taxis are plentiful, as is local bicycle hire.

There is a local boardwalk stretching from over 5 kms at one end of the beach to the other.

Dining out is available at the exclusive 5 star golf club which you can stroll up to, in local Caleta and in the newly refurbished harbour area. Good food and wine is plentiful and you can alternatively BBQ and cook at home.

The area is safe for children with lots of cycle paths allowing older children and teenagers the independence of cycling/walking to the boardwalk for a nice cream or play a game of bowling.

What makes this property unique

We have made the property as comfortable as possible so you can enjoy a comfortable oasis in the house, garden and pool. Full wi-fi is available.

The big pluses of the property are : it is spaciousness both inside and outside , it is integrated yet separateness from the golf course and offers full privacy for you and your party. At the same time it's convenience to sandy safe beaches, choice of sports facilities, shops and restaurants.

We are an active family and love the diving centre, wind surfing, surfing, the access to bicycles and cycling, the tennis and paddle courts, gym and classes,

Combined there are a range of choices available for all age groups which provide for perfect relaxation, activity and easy living on your holiday.

Local bus routes are available for day trips to Rosario's attractive shopping outlets, the island's zoo, waterpark and incredible surfing beaches. The roads are excellent too so it is also easy to drive.

Food is fresh and locally available in the Eurospar, Mercadona and large Hypo-Dino Markets.
