Villa Grace - 5 star family friendly licensed villa with private pool

Luxury family friendly villa (licensed for holiday lettings) situated on the golf resort of Caleta de Fuste, in the all year round sunny Canary Islands. In quiet area only 10 mins walk from the local supermarket, playground, restaurants and wonderful sandy beach.

Designed and decorated to create a welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable place to spend your family holiday. There is a spacious lounge and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen for all your dining needs. We have 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom and a family bathroom with separate shower, and en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom.

Our villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to each guest arrival.

Free Wi-Fi available, 46" smart TV with internet TV (British and Sky channels), Xbox 360 with a selection of games, board games and a selection of children's toys too - home from home!

South facing for those sun worshipers, views across the golf course and from the roof top terrace across to the mountains and sea. Private pool, pool heating available, pool safety fence for hire. BBQ, alfresco dining and comfy seats with a sheltered covered terrace - a welcome escape from the sun. Beach towels provided. Pool heating and air conditioning additional cost.

Faultless Stay

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Villa Grace and I cannot fault anything. We have stayed in a number of villas over a 13 yr period in the area and Villa Grace is by far the cleanest, most well equipped and stunning villa we have stayed in. We will definitely be booking again.

Perfect for Families

We had an amazing time at the villa for what was our child’s 1st holiday. Everything you could possibly want is at the Villa for a small child/baby. The propert manager was excellent. Would 100% recommend to anyone wishing to visit Fuerteventura.

Fantastic family friendly villa in great location!

We've just returned from a week at Villa Grace & it truly was home from home. We stayed with my parents & 2 sons (aged 1 & 4) The pool fence was a godsend with a toddler & the equipment provided for the children was fantastic. The villa has been very tastefully decorated & is spotless throughout. The location is perfect, close to the shops & beach & taxis were very easy to get. Nicola was extremely helpful in helping us arrange our stay & was always on hand for advice & help, something we really appreciated. It is a really family friendly villa & we hope to return next year! Thanks for having us!

Gorgeous Villa, with thoughtful and family friendly touches. Simply Amazing!

This Villa is simply amazing! Having a very busy and active 2 year old the villa and it’s facilities allowed us to have - believe it or not, a very relaxing holiday. The amenities offered by the owner, allowed our little one to be occupied and it’s safe and secure location allowed him the freedom every toddler craves. It’s situated overlooking the golf course and was a short walk from the beach and shops. Communication with both the owner and the property management company were outstanding and I can not recommend this villa enough. A beautiful villa, with amazing attention to detail, which has everything for a perfect holiday.

3rd Visit! We’ll be back!

We’ve just returned from our 3rd visit to Villa Grace and it was just as good as the 1st. The villa is home from home and the owners have really thought of everything, everyone was entertained during our 3 week stay from toys for children of all ages (we were with an 8 month old, 3 & 6 year old) to board games for adults, TV and movie channels. The villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and the management company are great. The location is perfect and just a 10 minute walk from the Atlantico Centre where you’ll find shops, restaurants, a bowling alley, cinema, park and the beach. We hired bikes on this visit from the main town centre which was brilliant as everything is so flat and there are cycle paths everywhere. Nicola is great & always answered our queries and made suggestions of what to do during our stay. A brilliant family holiday but would suit adults only too.

Top Villa für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Grace verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders für kleinere Kinder… es gab allerlei Spielzeug, Roller und für uns super entspannend: einen Poolzaun. Die Gastgeberin Nicola hat bereits nach Buchung mit uns in Kontakt gestanden und alles vorbereitet. Toll war auch der Service vor Ort; reibungslose und persönliche Übergabe der Villa, mehrmals die Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt und nach 7 Tagen komplett Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Fabulous stay at Villa Grace

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Grace and couldn’t fault it. The whole experience was great! The owners have thought of everything. We are two families with four children - 4, 7 and two 11 year olds and all their needs were met with the games, XBox and activities that were provided. The little house out on the terrace was great for our little one to get shade from the sun. Any problems that we did have or advice we needed was dealt with swiftly by the property manager - Terry. Overall a fabulous stay that we can’t recommend enough. The property was clean, well maintained, in a good location and well set out.

Fantastic property as described , good communications with booking and any following questions etc. Lots of space and has everything you would need for your stay. Relaxing at Villa Grace

Our family had an amazing stay at the Villa Grace in what was our first experience of a villa holiday. The villa truly is a home from home and the surroundings immediately put us at ease which allowed us to start our relaxation straight away. The location of the villa is fantastic with a short stroll down to the shopping mall restaurants & cafes. The walk to the main town did take a bit longer but nothing that should concern anyone that was planning to stay in the villa and in fact a welcome opportunity to burn off some calories before making a selection of the many eateries that there are available. This is the 2nd time was have stayed in Caleta de Fuste with the first time being in the Sheraton located only 5 minutes from the villa, having experienced them both, it would be the villa for my choice every time now. The area is very safe and quiet, yet enough to do to keep most occupied and an ideal area for chilling out relaxing. I cannot think of anything that we were not catered for in the villa, you can tell Nicola and her family have taken great pleasure in developing this villa into a place where you do not really need to think or worry too much about anything other than enjoying yourself in the comfort of their lovely villa. Terry from Kleanbreeze the management company who look after the property was fantastic and a great source of what to try and visit whilst on the island, Ajuy in particular was one of our best days whilst we were there. Our family would love to visit Villa Grace again in the future. Anyone considering Villa Grace for their accommodation should be able to make a reservation with confidence. Thank you again Nicola for all of your help with our extra questions about our visit (non villa related) which helped us make the most of our time there.

Amazing stay at "Villa Grace"

We had an amazing family stay at the Villa Grace. The pictures do not do it justice, the location is magnificent set in a quiet neighbourhood and very safe. It is 20 mins walk to the main town centre or a 10 min walk to the local shopping mall that also has restaurants & cafes. Everything you need is in the villa, 4 bedrooms all with A/C as well as large living area with A/C and good sized kitchen. The large swimming pool and sun terrace have a stunning back drop onto a fairway on the local golf course. Everything you need for the pool is at hand with good quality beds and mats to lay upon. There is also a trunk with loads of kids toys to keep them amused when not in the water. Kleanbreeze the management company who look after the property were fantastic. Terry was a star and so helpful and attentive in many ways. We would recommend the pool fence and heating of the pool as part of the package if travelling with young children. It is our intention to visit Villa Grace once again and would highly recommend it as a fantastic residence for a holiday.

We love our family holidays in the sunshine. We first visited Fuerteventura in 2016, staying at a villa similar to ours in Las Cascadas. We had the most wonderful holiday, we love the climate - warm all year round, reaches early thirties in summer but with a lovely gentle breeze so never an uncomfortable heat. Caleta De Fuste has it all......shops, bars, cafe's, some lovely restaurants and best of all, a beautiful beach.

Why they chose this property

We spent our first villa holiday in Caleta, we loved it so much that we returned and bought our own! We have 3 children aged 5, 6 and 16 so we appreciate the needs of a great family holiday - happy children means happy mum, dads and grandparents! We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do. And, the location of our villa is fabulous, just 15 minutes from the airport and just 10 minutes walk to the beach. Caleta is a wonderful area and has something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

Just 10 minutes stroll to the nearest golden sandy beach, no need to pack beach towels. We have a cool box too so you can picnic on the beach! Take advantage of the golf course, explore the amazing the coastline of sandy beaches - paradise! But if you you'd like to sit back and relax we provide free Wi-Fi too so that you can keep in touch.
