Central 5 bed/3 bath for 8 (+ cot) free parking - spacious, stylish, comfortable
The Judge's House is a stylish Victorian villa - spacious, well equipped and comfortable offering high quality accommodation for up to 8 adults + cot.
Quiet central location, pub, cafes, shops 2 mins walk. 5 minute stroll to centre, cliff top, harbour, Pannett Park with its award winning playground, museum, art gallery etc.
Free parking for 3 cars, saving over £230 in parking charges over a week's stay.
Five spacious bedrooms, all with bedside cabinets, seating, blackout lined curtains, ample hanging and storage space, mirrors (with useful shelf) and hairdryer (with plug close to mirror).
First floor -
bed 1 - large king master bedroom
bed 2 - double with en-suite (shower, loo, basin)
large family bathroom - bath, separate shower, loo, basin
Second floor
bed 3 - a spacious twin or superking (please request when booking)
bedrooms 4 and 5 are both spacious single rooms with 3ft beds
A shower room with loo and basin
A travel cot (Babystart 910/4079), high chair and child friendly crockery are available in the house.
Three bath/shower rooms (plus a downstairs WC - so at least one WC on every floor).
Plans of the house layout are included in the photos of the property.
Bed linen, towels (hand and bath), a choice of pillows (feather and hypoallergenic), a hairdryer in every bedroom. Beach towels and picnic knapsacks are provided.
Ground floor -
Large sitting room with two sofas and two armchairs with a smart TV, gas coal effect fire.
Dining room with 8 seater large oak table
Kitchen - very well equipped and with granite work surfaces, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
Conservatory opens onto the sunny walled garden with Weber barbecue, table, benches and chairs. Bikes can be stored there.
There is good wi-fi connection.
Cleaning and laundry costs £200 per stay, the same for 2 nights or a week. The cleaning fee contributes to this cost.
Note, Pets and smoking are not allowed in the property (including the rear garden)

Hosted by The Judge's House, Whitby
The Judge's House has no link to the Bram Stoker ghost story of that name although of course he is famous for his connections to Whitby.
It is named in honour of Pam's Mum who retired to Whitby after a distinguished and pioneering legal career which culminated in her being appointed as a Judge.

Why they chose this property
Many guests feedback that the house feels more like a home which is how we have set it up. We stay infrequently but regularly and we ensure the house works for us and we think this is reflected in the guest's experience
