Spectacular

This is the fourth time I have stayed here and it never disappoints. Linda, the property manager was proactive in her communication. This location is a show piece and you will quickly notice that people walking by on their way to the beach, will always be curious as you sit in the front courtyard with the fire pit warming you.

Great location! Quiet and non intrusive. Property well kept with plenty of places to walk to for a bite to eat. Perhaps the best experience of all is Linda! She cannot do enough for you. Extremely responsive and wants everything to be perfect. You must go here!!!

Perfect Getaway

This is a lovely little condo, exactly as advertised. My husband called it a “Four Seasonette” because they are so well appointed. Spent 10 days, walking to the beach every morn, to shops or coffee every afternoon, and a glass of wine by the fire pit every evening. Property mgr Linda is responsive and delightful. Couldn’t ask for more.

Nice property with easy access to all that Carpinteria has to offer. Excellent communication with the property manager and it’s been nice to have all the necessary beach toys and accessories that you’ll need to experience the beach!

So close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was updated and well furnished. The bed was very comfy. It is a bit *cozy* for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bear in mind that the sidewalk in front has a lot of foot traffic - but that was expected and understandable given it is on the main drag on the way to the beach. It was perfect for our little family getaway - we went to the beach everyday, there were plenty of cute restaurants to walk to, and Santa Barbara was an easy 10 min drive away!

Nice Host with busy booking

Overall, this is a good place to stay. But I got the impression that it has busy booking since place is missing hair blow dryer which is listed as having it. But Linda was super quick to remedy it and rush me a new blow dryer on that night when I told her about. The floor is kind of dusty which might be typical of Beach Location. I request a late departure but Linda told me No because cleaning has already been scheduled WHICH is VERY TRUE since cleaning lady come promptly at 11am to clean and while I am moving stuff into my car I can see that she is very through. It is a wonderful place to stay and would do it again in the future if opportunity arise. Just some suggestions, remember to check out the garage which has all sorts of beach toys, chair, umbrella, balls, surfboard. Would be nice if we know it prior to our arrival. Also, make sure to use the outside shower after beach play so that you can return to your room without beach sand. THE OUTSIDE SHOWER has both cold and hot water which is very rare. A very nice place to stay at. Just be sure to read all the reviews so you know that you would not need to bring your own stuff. Also, the garage also have bikes to borrow.

Nice Place, Right by the Beach

Great location, one block from the beach. Very clean, updated throughout, nice finishes. Unit was on the first floor, plumbing from upstairs was VERY LOUD, otherwise very nice place.

The Playa beach lodging is as pristine inside as the outside looks. Comfortable beds, even the pullout couch bed was great. Nice patio with your own fire pit and gate, perfect for kids. Perfectly location between the beach and restaurant/shops. Quick response by staff and us was very helpful as well. Thank you

The listing was as advertised and was conveniently near the state beach which was lovely. The dedicated parking is tight, but there was plenty of street parking if you have a larger vehicle. Host was very accommodating and was very communicative. Nice gem!

Perfect getaway

The location of this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. The rental itself had everything you need and nothing you don’t. There were some board games that were a bonus, a playground right next door for our little one and a healthy little co-op within walking distance that made the best smoothies and sandwiches!

Clean Comfortable Accommodations

We selected this property as it seemed to be great location, had quality finishes, and was very comfortable. The property more than met expectations. Very clean, quiet, location across the street from park & 2 min walk to beach, wonderful outdoor fire pit, and high quality appliances for cooking. Check in process was very efficient and parking was easy We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Christmas stay

Great location & very nice condo & building. This unit is great size for 2 people. We had 2 other adults for 2 nights of the stay, used the sofa bed. It’s tight fit for 4 adults. I highly recommend 2 adults. Linda was great host. Even left us a Xmas card and hot cocoa set. Looking forward to a future stay.

The unit was fabulous! It exceeded our expectations! So clean, well appointed & amazingly close to an incredible beach! High quality construction and decor. Fully equipped kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving meal. With extra touches. Linda was easy to communicate with & there was thorough directions for use of everything. Games to play was a pleasant surprise, as well as beach equipment. So a lovely place to relax!

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed with our two young children at this property, and it was literally a perfect trip. The location is great, we were even able to find parking directly out front. The condo felt very luxurious with high end furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. Our children slept on the pullout coach with no complaints. The patio is just perfect for mornings and evenings at happy hour with the fire pit on. I would happily stay here over and over again!

Beautiful property centrally located in Carpinteria, CA

The condo is so well done and emaculate inside and out. The outdoor patio and fireplace were so fun and proximity to the beach and main street can't be beat. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend to anyone visiting Carp.
