Luxurious spacious family seaside villa. Garden, BBQ, patios & games room.

Richmond Beach House is an early Victorian Villa with many original features. Bohemian Chic filled with loads of eclectic furniture and charm. It offers the perfect backdrop for gatherings with friends and family, for weekend breaks or Summer Holiday fun. There is a courtyard patio-a great sun trap and a larger patio area with an eating area. If the weather turns, which is rare in Thanet as it seems to enjoy its very own micro climate. Set a fire and cosy up with a good book and a cuppa.
The house has 5 gorgeous bedrooms:
Main Bedroom 1 - is very large room, with a super kingsize bed with a en suite sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 - Super King ziplock or 3 x 3ft single beds or a super kingsize bed with one 3 ft sible bed and an en suite. Sleeps 2/3
Bedroom 3 - 2 x 3ft single beds that can be zipped together for a super king bed Sleeps 2
Bedroom 4 - Double bed. Sleeps 2
Bedroom 5 - Double. Sleeps 2
The house has a very large kitchen with the eating area. There are 3 reception rooms:
One with the main TV, X-Box, DVD player and 2 sofas and upholstered chair.
Two with a small TV, open fire and lots of seating
Three is a pool room with several comfy chairs. The pool table is also brilliant as a desk. This is where the WiFi hub is. This is also the perfect place to work - a great view out of the window onto the garden. The perfect safe haven for all your needs in these current times whether that be work or relaxation!
The house sleeps 11 comfortably. It also suits a family vibe, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time together or apart.
The garden wraps around half the house gets the sun for the whole day. There is a patio with loads of seating for outside eating. Moveable Table tennis and badminton. Hours of fun for all!

We are Nic, Vivien, Innes and Lachlan plus our dog Daphne. We currently live in Oxford. We loved living in Ramsgate and were all sad to have to move. We miss the seaside.
We own a few properties which I oversee. I also have a Catering/Cocktail Caravan which myself and friend Louise tour around the country doing events and parties. Nic my husband works in Sport.
We love to walk(kids under duress), cook/eat/drink and to travel.

Why they chose this property

We were living in Victoria Park, London and fancied some sea air so bought Richmond Beach House. We used it for weekends and School Holidays before we moved there a couple of years later. My husband commuted as the new high speed rail link had just been finished.
We were seduced by the sea, the people and the fabulous architecture. Ramsgate is a hidden gem and becoming less and less hidden which is marvellous for the whole area and community.

What makes this property unique

Richmond Beach House is beautifully located in a private but central location with a super enclosed garden and off street parking.
It is a 5-6 walk to the sea and also only 5 mins to the perfectly sized Waitrose down the road. Everything in Ramsgate is walkable with bars, restaurants and the Royal Harbour a stones throw away.
The house is a great size with 4 different areas to choose from for a relaxing, whether it be t.v watching, playing parlour games or X-Box there is plenty of space to spread out.
