Welcome to Sandcastle!

Where your life will never be the same after the time spent in our Gulf Front beach house.

Take less than a 20-step short walk on our private boardwalk to the prestigious Cape San Blas sugar sand beach to soak up the sun, swim, hunt shells, or take a stroll.

Take a 4-minute walk to the Cape Trading Post to get your donuts, coffee, and ice cream, or to the St. Joe Shrimp Co. at the Cape to get your daily fresh seafood.

Enjoy the spectacular ocean, beach, and sunset views from the two Gulf-front Master Suites that have private baths.

This very spacious, open floor plan with a 10ft ceiling beach house has everything needed for a relaxing family vacation. We, the owners (Holly & Gordon), have a goal to offer our guests the feeling of being at home while at the beach. This goal is accomplished by offering a clean, spacious design of a great room, upgraded decor, amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, and covered parking!

Enjoy the enlarged open deck, or screened porch for just relaxing, having morning coffee, reading a book, or watching dolphins and the world's most beautiful sunsets (See Listing Photos).

Your children will enjoy their private room with a TV.

NOTE! Due to safety and insurance liability, the top deck of the house is not open.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The location was awesome (right on the beach, walkable to several little places for food, conveniences, etc). Loved having the screened in porch + the lower deck which we utilized a lot depending on the weather/time of day.

Great property!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the house, it is the perfect size for my family of six (but it can accommodate more people). It was clean and nicely decorated with everything you need. We also love that is is right on the beach and within walking distance of the store, the donuts and Peachy’s restaurant.

Bucket list fire on the beach

The house was exactly as described. Very clean and everything we needed. Directly on the beach. We would certainly recommend this house and location for families. The kids made friends and played on the beach while we enjoyed the fire. We roasted marshmallows and the sunsets were gorgeous.

Amazing stay

Steps to the beach, walking distance to the trading post and shrimp company. Couldn't ask for more. House was clean and well equipped. Mom/kids had plenty of naps on the pull out bed in the living room. Ate takeout lunch from the shrimp company on the beach. It felt like home which means a lot. We will be back!

Family vacation

This house did not look like a rental, and we've stayed at many. The pictures did it justice; the house was very clean (we were impressed), well maintained and nicely decorated to look like a real home instead of a vacation rental. Holly was very prompt with communication and made booking the house a pleasure. We loved Triple Tails restaurant and snorkeling in the bay. Beautiful beach + wonderful house = fabulous vacation! Would highly recommend this property. Thank you, Holly and family, for providing a great place to vacation!

Lovely view

We got to experience the tropical depression side of Hurricane Sally, so the weather was not ideal. But the beach is gorgeous! The view is perfect! The house was great for sheltering thru the storm. Plenty of room for six of us. Kitchen is well stocked. Games and puzzles and books available for the long days inside.
