Why they chose this property

We prefer the Paliki to many areas. We did not want to live in tourist Greece. This property is so special that we risked buying it without having the money to pay for it at the time.

What makes this property unique

There are few private rental properties for couples on the island.
The sunset at the local Petani beach is very special.
If you want to have noise and be amongst the tourists, this is not for you. If you want to experience Greek life and pay non tourist rates in a very special location then please book with us!
