Beautiful cottage and amazing value. There aren’t actually TVs in the bedrooms. Only down point was the very small double bed which wasn’t very comfortable

A great little Cottage in a very quiet part of Heacham, and a brilliant base to explore the North Norfolk coast.Joanne's attention to detail in decorating with the emphasis on the coast/beach (obviously) was lovely.The great thing I found about the cottage was from the front a door and two windows it looked small, but once inside it opened up like a Tardis.Very well equipped, comfortable, tidy with everything and more you could wish for to make it a memorable stay.Definitely know where I will be heading for when I go back to Norfolk.Lilac Cottage gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it wasn't a disappointment. The house is lovely and clean with everything you need .Great location to some fabulous beaches. Lively sleepy village to walk your dog in an evening. We will be back again hopefully. Thank you Jo for a lovely welcome pack .Lots of love Sarah , Nick and Lincoln x.

Lovely cottage, a little larger than expected on ground floor. Well equipped with clear instructions in booklet. Useful comments and recommendations in guest book. Ideal for a short break. Owner communicated well.

A lovely cute cottage with parking. Lovely decorated and fully equipped with everything you will need and more. Fire was a plus on a very cold night. Walking distance to shops, take-aways and pubs. The dog loved the walks, beaches and Sandringham woods

This place has everything you need & in a great location to explore. Two beaches close by, a pub at the end of the road, a supermarket a couple of minutes drive & lots of lovely walks. We’ll definitely be back

We loved this cottage - was perfect for us as a family of 5 plus dog. It was very thoughtful for the owner to leave fresh milk in the fridge but also a welcome basket of wine and goodies! Location was brilliant for us and parking was easier than expected. Can not hesitate to recommend!

We spent 4 nights this time. Back again in August for a week. The Cottage is in a great position in Heacham - you can walk everywhere. Bus stops are in Poplar Avenue closeby. Nisa and Tesco express equal distance away. Beach fabulous. Perfectly sized for a family - we were a couple. Kitchen well stocked - little tired in places but as a popular cottage expected.Nice outside space with a table.Look forward to our next visit.
