Beautiful, newly-remodeled single family home in the desirable Chesire Neighborhood, conveniently located just miles south of Snowbowl and ten minutes away from downtown Flagstaff! The home is perfectly located to enjoy all of Flagstaff’s outdoor activities, shopping, restaurants, and is within driving distance to the Grand Canyon, located just over one hour away.

The home has three bedrooms and two baths, including a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a full hall bath. The pull-out couch in the living room allows for 7 to sleep comfortably.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including a gas fireplace, 55" LED TV, Bluetooth sound bar, WiFi, washer and dryer, an assortment of family games, and large dining table with seating for eight. The spacious fenced-in backyard comes equipped with a grill, outdoor dining table, separate seating area around an outdoor fire pit, which is great for relaxing and enjoying a perfect Flagstaff evening. The house is not equipped with A/C but we do have multiple cooling units if needed on those rare occurrences it is needed in the summer.

This was a perfect weekend trip. The house was so cosy that I felt relaxed as soon as we got there. The beds were comfortable. The house was a short drive from Snowbowl.

This was such a great place to stay! The owner was super nice and made sure to communicate to us with any information we needed. They also provided us with some great food recommendations us. House was super homey and great for the 5 of us. Neighborhood was quiet and in a nice area. It was also not to far from most places in flagstaff. I would stay here again next time we are in town!

This is an amazing place! Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything in Flagstaff. We didn’t know there would be games and some toys for toddlers which was a welcome surprise. The owners are extremely responsive and let us check in super early! We will be back!

Home base for a week

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for us….very clean with all the amenities that we needed for a week. Great location, too. Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, close enough to downtown Flagstaff and perfect driving distance to the Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay again!

Hiking Flagstaff

This property is as advertised and it worked out perfectly for our vacation. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, north of the city, close to all the outdoor things we wanted to do. We even stopped by the Northern Arizona Museum because it was right around the corner, something we probably wouldnt have seen had we not stayed there, and we loved it. The hosts were great! Good communication with quick replys and they made the whole process very easy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to any felllow travelers.

This was a great house for our quick stay in Flagstaff. Property was clean and had a great layout to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Large table, kitchen and couch! Super close to Snow Bowl, and hosts were very communicative.
