A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in historic Lagos. The apartment has everything you need including WIFI, UKTV and DVD, air-conditioning, dishwasher, lift, underground car parking to keep your car cool during the hot days and a family friendly pool. You can relax on the spacious balcony, which is accessible from all rooms, while enjoying music from the all-room sound system. Security in the building is high with the main entrance door having a security code and the flat a video entry.

We find the apartment very handy for the unique shops and great bars, both traditional and trendy. Restaurants are a highlight of a holiday in Lagos as they are varied, plentiful and good value. You can easily walk to the bustling marina and sandy beaches while four fantastic golf courses are a short drive away.

While you will want to explore for yourself the maze of streets that constitute the old town we are happy to share our recommendations for food, drinks and day trips. The apartment has an extensive guide which includes information on nearby beaches, golf courses, cultural outings, Lagos Zoo and Slide and Splash as well as our views on restaurants we return to each year.

Treat yourself to a holiday in Lagos in our splendid apartment but please just don't take our word for it. Read the reviews of the apartment as these are genuine comments left by guests.

We spent 3 nights in this spacious, airy apartment. It is an easy 15 minute walk in to town, and there is an Aldi literally next door. Kids made good use of the communal pool, which is well maintained. Underground parking space was a bonus as we had a hire car. Lagos is a great place to visit.

Fantastic apartment and pool!

We have had a super two week holiday in Lagos, Portugal staying in this first class apartment. Very clean and well furnished, it met all our needs. The facilities within the apartment are great. Aldi supermarket is right next door and other supermarkets are within easy walking distance. We found some very good restaurants within easy walking distance of the apartment. Our three boys loved the pool, which was a good size and well maintained. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here!

Excellent spacious apartment with a large balcony and interior finished to a high spec. Aldi supermarket next door very usefull. Sun beds supplied by apartment excellent and lovely pool area surrounded with palm trees. Really enjoyed our stay. Only downside, although tv has lots of channels including sport the signal from Wi-Fi box does breakdown a lot. But I would book this lovely apartment again.

Lagos trip July 2025

We had an amazing time and the apartment was perfect for our family, including 2 teenagers. It was a short 15 minute walk into town and having Aldi a couple of minutes walk around the corner was perfect! The pool was clean and the surrounding area well maintained. Having our own allocated sunbeds was a bonus. The balcony was bigger than I thought it would be and it catches the sun early evening which is a plus, along with the 2 sunloungers and a table for alfresco dining. The kitchen facilities and equipment were good and left us wanting for nothing. We didn't hire a car, as everything was on our doorstep, but having an allocated parking space is definitely a bonus if you wish to hire one. I couldn't recommend this apartment enough! We will certainly be looking forward to returning again. Thanks for an amazing holiday !

Second stay and just as good as the first one in 2014. The apartment had not changed and continues to be a good choice in a quiet area, close to major supermarkets and a 20 min minute walk into Lagos or the marina. Car hire would be beneficial to visit the surrounding towns. First class service from Steve from the letting agency when the tv went down. We love staying in Lagos and can highly recommend this lovely apartment.

This large, bright, well appointed apartment is well located. We were able to walk everywhere. 4 grocery stores within a 10 minute walk. Laundry in the apartment was a bonus. The kitchen allowed us to cook many of our meals. Our contact person was easy to reach and responded quickly.

This is a wonderful well laid out 1st floor apartment and only a short walk (15 minutes) for the old town of Lagos, marina and beautiful beaches. The apartment is spacious and very well maintained with good quality bathrooms and a very well appointed kitchen. The balcony area captures the early afternoon / evening sun and is ideal for dining and sunbathing. There is a (discreet) reasonably sized supermarket (ALDI ) next to the apartment. I very much look forward to returning to this apartment again soon.

Disabled friendly holiday

We found the apartment spacious which was ideal as one of our party uses a mobility scooter. The apartment was ideal for those with reduced mobility as there is a lift and no steps to pool area. The shower has one step in which was manageable for us. The agent and owner were always quick to respond to queries. Lagos was only a 20 minute walk away where there are an abundance of restaurants for all budgets. Would recommend.

Spacious apartment, very functional

The apartment is very spacious, with a really large balcony. Its clean and close (really close) to large super market. All necessary amenities and also quiet. Has a nice view of the pool but overall not much of a view. But then, that's not what we were there for. Comes with a parking spot, perfect for our rental car we used to get around the Algarve. Checkin process is self-service with door codes and lock box code provided. No one was onsite to greet you, but it really wasn't necessary. The host was informative and easy reach when needed through Whatsapp.

Beautiful stylish apartment

The first floor apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. It is extremely spacious and very well furnished, with gorgeously comfortable beds, and beautiful fixtures, fittings and equipment. You can relax on the sun filled balcony or go down to the pool area. The secure underground parking is an additional bonus. There's wifi, air conditioning and uk tv, and Aldi next door, so everything you might want is available. It's a good walk down to Lagos Old Town, where you'll find dozens of lovely restaurants leading to a fabulous marina. We generally walked down and then got a taxi back for around 4 Euros. Out of high season the rental rates are extremely competitive, and you get a lot for your money. This part of the Algarve is beautiful with gorgeous beaches and coves within easy reach. All in all a great holiday.

This property is a complete scam. Room was as advertised, Property was to have a golf course and water park on site there were neither not even within walking distance. We booked this property in particular above others because of the on-site golf course and water park. It is a complete lie. The owners advertisement for their property on Expedia CLEARLY states that both the golf and waterpark were on site. I addressed this with the owner immediately and again, the next day they refused to respond.

We’re two brothers from Scotland who bought the apartment after falling in love with Lagos during a family holiday.

Both families visit at least twice a year; one golf holiday and one beach holiday.

We love to sit on the balcony in the early evening with a Vinho Verde (young, slightly sparkling wine) before walking to the marina, or old town for dinner.

Why they chose this property

The apartment is in a quiet residential area but within easy distance of many shops, bars and restaurants. It’s an ideal holiday location.
