Enjoy our passion for the energy of this dynamic city and the historic building that is the S&W. Built in 1927 and originally the home of the S&W Cafeteria this property was restored to preserve its art deco inspired architecture and history while creating livable space with modern and natural elements that make it a unique lodging experience for those who want something authentic to the City of Asheville. It's our love of historical loft living and exploring the western region of NC that gave birth to the James Loft.
