Our rustic Mallorquin style farm has 400 m2, fully equipped with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool with another toilet and a large terrace to enjoy the sun and the temperature of Mallorca. Located in an ideal environment with a large garden, barbecue and pool. It has heating, air conditioning and all the necessary comforts to make your stay unforgettable.

It is perfect for families or groups of friends with capacity up to 8 people expandable up to 10.
The farm is located 2km from the beach, access can be done by road or by walking along a promenade parallel to it in complete safety. It can be reached on foot (20min) or by bicycle. At the end of the walk there is a supermarket where you can find basic items or last minute emergencies. There is also an English-style bar-restaurant where you can have a beer on the way to the beach.
The farm is away from the road, you will not hear the cars or any kind of nuisance. A perfect place to relax after a good day at the beach. We have pressurized water if you like riding a bicycle.

In the area there are a variety of perfect paths to take tours of an area protected by Unesco such as the lighthouse of Formentor, Sa Calobra and the entire Sierra de Tramuntana. If yours is action and you have decided to participate in one of the sports events that are organized on the island such as the Ironman or the return to Mallorca by bicycle (312), you are in the right place. Very close to the exit of these events but far enough away so that you can relax before or after the event.

There are three rooms with double beds and air conditioning. In the largest you will have access to a private bathroom as well as a separate entrance to enjoy more privacy. If you need to share a room with young children, we can include extra beds at no additional cost.

If you have a large family or have decided to share a vacation with friends, you have all the activities you want. The completely renovated 12 m long pool with two depths, 1.20 m in the lower area and 2.00 m in the deeper one, has access with steps integrated into the pool itself. Children and seniors will thank you for getting in and out safely.
A toilet in the area will avoid having to enter the house, there is also an outside shower to rinse you with clear water directly from our well. Fresh and clean water that surely refreshes you. Also, an attached covered porch with tables and chairs for you to regain strength after bathing.

Puerto de Pollensa is one of the most charming coastal towns on the island. Its characteristics make it not very crowded in high season. Small hotels, promenade without traffic and all the needs you are looking for. Restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets.

On the beach there are activities such as light sailing, windsurfing or stand up paddle, snorkeling or diving. If you are curious about any of them you just have to ask us. We will gladly inform you of the best places to visit.

Triathlon is an activity that is very fashionable. Pollensa bay is perfect for your workouts. Race areas on foot next to the beach, a bay sheltered from the wind means you can swim in the open sea without currents or waves. For your long bike trips, the port of Pollensa is the perfect place.
