Our cozy terraced house is the essence of a holiday in Versilia.
A stone's throw from the sea and from every point of artistic interest (Pisa, Lucca, Florence and the Cinque Terre in Liguria are just a few kilometers away by car). Arranged on two floors, tailored for four guests: two double bedrooms and two bathrooms; equipped kitchen and garden with veranda and barbecue. Internal car parking.
40 minutes from Pisa airport and 10 minutes from the Versilia motorway exit and Forte dei Marmi railway station - Seravezza ..

Alles in der Nähe nur ein paar minuten mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen,ins Dorf oder an den Strand

Das Haus war gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für 4 Pers.war das Sofa zu klein und viel zu weich. Garten war super da wir noch einen kleinen Hund hatten der so herum rennen konnte.Leider ist die Strasse neben dem Haus sehr stark befahren und Lärmig. Mit den Fernstern geschlossen hörte man nicht viel,doch bei 30 Grad,konnten wir die Fenster nicht zu lassen.Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und unkompliziert.

Magnifique séjour

Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont vraiment le sens de l'accueil. Petites attentions très appréciables à l'arrivée, information touristique... La maison est spacieuse, chaleureuse, parfaitement équipée, très propre, on s'y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Du fait de la chaleur et des fenêtres ouvertes on entend la circulation. Le parking privé est très appréciable.Le jardin, très bien entretenu lui aussi, a fait le bonheur de la famille au complet et surtout de notre chien :) L'ensemble des équipements sont à proximités. Une région magnifique, à découvrir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore à Emanuela et son conjoint.

Cozy and spacious home on the outskirts of town

The home is beautiful and well-equipped. The hosts are very polite and helpful, the responses were quick. The garden around the house and the private parking were very nice. Since there is no air-conditioning, in the summer you have to sleep with windows open. The local traffic might then disturb your sleep. The house is located at a 35 min walk to the beach, basic shops are nearby. When comparing the costs in the area, you get good value for your money. The beach was quiet and empty in the beginning of July. The waves were wonderful.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Aufenthalt so braucht. Sogar mit einem eigenen Parkplatz. Emenuela und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ein idealer Standort für Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und 5Terre. Grazie mille, Emanuela. Margit, Dagmar und Joachim

Ottima sistemazione in casa indipendente graziosa e confortevole

Molto bene il soggiorno mio e della mia cagnolina. La casa è comoda, curata, accogliente, ben disposta. Molto gradevole lo spazio all’esterno (patio e giardino). Proprietari estremamente cortesi e disponibili.
