The house has the advantage of reconciling the desire of the sea of Lerici, Portovenere, TELLARO, boat trips to the 5 TERRE, ISOLA PALMARIA and sunny day in our beaches, with the desire to hike or mountain bike among the aromas of the maquis along the paths of wonderful PARK MONTEMARCELLO LEAN, from where you can see, on the one hand the Apuan Alps and the river Magra, while on the other the picturesque Gulf of Poets and its islands. Has the ability to essre heated or cooled on payment to consumption, being equipped with heating and air conditioning. From the house you can reach many places: CAR approximately 40mn. the famous marble quarries of Carrara, the famous VAL of VARA's BIOLOGICAL OASIS, the LUNIGIANA with its medieval castles, in about an hour and still FLORENCE PISA LUCCA GENOA ...
