Peaceful & Private villa in 8 people in Fuert village with heated pool and WiFi.
Now with Free wifi.....Villa Paloma is situated in a QUIET and PEACEFUL location on the edge of this typical Spanish village and has uninterrupted views to the nearby extinct volcano, Montana Escanfraga.This modern villa is very spacious and has a large open plan lounge with separated dining area, separate kitchen and 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en suite). The property is situated in private walled gardens which are secluded and there is a private heated pool with large sun terrace with garden furniture together with a private roof terrace (and is therefore suitable for naturist). The villa's interior is fully furnished and equiped and has tiled floors throughout all on one level ( no steps).
The village of Villaverde has 2 supermarkets, 6 good restaurants and bakery/cafe which is a must visit, all within walking distance. The many award winning beaches within an easy 10/15 min drive away and the larger town of Corralejo is just a 10 minute drive away.
Now with British TV channels and BBC radio. Recently made available....free WiFi.
Pool heating is optional at £100.00 per week
High season weeks are a fixed price for 2-8 people.
If you can be flexible on dates we can advise on availability. High season weeks are usually Sat - Sat rentals for 7 or 14 nights.

Space, location, peace and quiet, located in a typical Canrian village. Friendly local people.
We have always wanted a place in the sun away from the busy tourist areas and after much searching we liked and choose this one. Hope you like it to.

What makes this property unique
WINTER SUN, WINTER SUN, WINTER SUN.....Enough said really.
Also its place to relax and chill out away from the masses with good food and wine, great beaches and only 4 hours away.
A quieter time to visit is May, June and September October for hot sunny weather and much cheaper flights.
