The house is spacious and quiet. Clean and very Lajares. From walking distance (10-15 min) to center of Lajares. We recommend the house big time!

Super schönes Haus. Sehr groß und komfortabel. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gab zwei voll ausgestattete Küchen und auch sonst war alles da was wir benötigten. Die Lage ist toll auch wenn etwas einsehbar von der Straße. Markus war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ging schnell und unkompliziertert. In kürzester Zeit wurden unsere Anliegen gelöst. Danke noch mal für eine schöne Zeit in diesem Haus.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage, gut ausgestattet

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich die Spülmaschine fehlt (sowie der Grill), was uns jetzt aber nicht gestört hat. Alles ist geräumig, tolles Wohnzimmer, große, gemütliche Couch. Draußen war schön zu essen und zu sitzen.Guter Kontakt zum Vermieter, perfekte Abwicklung. Danke Markus

Top Unterkunft

Das Haus ist absolut super, ordentlicher Zustand, gute Ausstattung und schöne Größe. War perfekt für einen zweiwöchentlichen Aufenthalt mit 3 Kindern. Der Pool ist klasse, tolle Überdachte Terasse, die Kinder können ums Haus rennen, die Aussicht ist wirklich beeindruckend. Die Nachbargrundstücke nimmt man kaum war, es fühlt sich also definitiv an wie ein freistehendes Haus mitten in der Prärie. Mit dem Auto erreicht man sehr schnell den gesamten Nordteil der Insel, Restaurants, etc.. Marcus war ein super Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert! Wir können uns über nichts beschweren, klare Weiterempfehlung.

Gerne wieder - komfortabel und ruhig

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Haus mit Pool. Ruhig und dennoch zentral. Lajares liegt optimal um in El Cotillo zu surfen, in Corralejo zu shoppen oder an die großen Dünen. Alles in 15 min zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Vor allem liegt das Haus entfernt vom Massentourismus. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gerne wieder

Ruhe und toller Ausblick

Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind ein Traum. Aufgrund der Palme und der halb überdachten Terrasse, hat man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen, so dass man nicht ständig nach einer schattigen Sitzgelegenheit suchen musste. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr sauber, in den Betten kann man gut schlafen und es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Objekt gerne weiter.

Schöne Wohnung, ruhige Gegend

Schöne große, gepflegte Wohnung, sehr sauberer Pool. Schön ruhig gelegen, am Rande von Lajares, abseits der großen Hotels und entfernt von dem Massentourismus. Perfekt für einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Relax!

The property is tucked away at the back of Lajares, but withing a few minutes drive of several restaurant and a supermarket and 10 minutes from stunning white sandy beaches. The villa is surprisingly spacious with comfortable furnishing and beds. The only thing we found lacking was a microwave, not that it was a real problem as we ate out, trying the many excellent restaurants in Lajares and El Cotillo, 15 minutes drive away. The swimming pool is small, but ideal to cool of in. It is however a single depth, which I would suggest would not be suitable for young children or people of a small stature. Just a couple of minor niggles. The sewage system is such that toilet paper and sanitary products cannot be flushed and must be placed in a plastic tub. The other was that the shower is hand held, so you really need 3 hands to hold the shower head while applying soap or shampoo. Having mentioned the toilet usage requirements, it seems that this is the norm in this area. All in all, a nice place to chill and we would return again if in the area.

Ruime woning, goed in orde, prima gelegen.

Het huisje is zeer ruim en netjes. De inrichting is modern. Het zwembadje is klein, maar voldoende voor de nodige verfrissing. Lajares s goed gelegen om de streek te bezoeken. Enige kleine minpuntje is dat de woning van binnen uit een deur heeft naar het andere gedeelte, dat afzonderlijk verhuurd wordt en dat je van elkaar dus wel veel hoort.

Super Fewo in dem tollen Ort Lajares!

Wir durften die FeWo für 9 Tage unser eigen nennen und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Lajares ist super zentral, sodass wir täglich mit dem Mietwagen einen anderen Ort als Ziel gesetzt haben. Ich kann mich nur bedanken und diese FeWo bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen!

Best place ever

This place is AWESOME. Maybe we were lucky because there are two apartment and the other one was empty, so we had all the property for ourselves, anyway it felt like beeing in paradise. The pool is spectacular, it's small but it's right in front of the desert, you get in the water and you have just Fuerteventura's nature in front of you. The house is pretty cool, nice new forniture, pretty much everything you need inside, clean towels and sheets - everything was very clean indeed. We also have a lot of space (and we took the small one!) It's in a quite, beautiful area, far from the awful resort in the south, all the houses in the little town are nice and respect the landscape. I mean, I was almost sad when I got out in the morning to visit the beaches (which are wonderful, so go around) because I had to live the house. Oh, and the owner is super relaxed. We barely seen him, it felt like the house was our. When we left, we took away his keys and he was totally cool about that. So nice. And the silence! And the air! It was all so good.

Super erholsam

Wer einen ruhigen, erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Fewo liegt erhöht, so hat man einen wunderschönen Überblick über Lajars. Nachbarn sind zwar vorhanden, jedoch bekommt man von ihnen nichts mit. Die gemütlich, modern eingerichtete Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist gepflegt und sehr sauber. Für Frau/Mann, welche gerne einmal etwas kochen möchte, ist so gut wie alles vorhanden. Der kleine, aber feine Pool bietet eine herrliche Erfrischung für zwischendurch. Mit einem Mietwagen sind nahegelegene Strände/Buchten in nur kürzester Zeit ererichbar. Wir waren 3 Wochen in der größeren der beiden Wohnungen, haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt - das wird sicherlich nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung gewesen sein. Was den Vermieter betrifft, dieser ist sehr nett, rasch zur Stelle, sollte es einmal irgendwo zwicken. Der Pool wir durch ihn selbst spätestens alle zwei Tage gereinigt.

Unas de mis mejores vacaciones

Estuvimos en esta propiedad, del 28 de Abril, al 6 de Mayo del 2011. Y la descripción de la casa, es exacta con la realidad. Marcus, el propietario de la casa, un encanto, muy amable y educado. Eramos 3 adultos y 4 adolescentes y alquilamos la casa completa. Todo está en perfecto estado, la casa es muy bonita, amplia y está muy limpia. Mucha tranquilidad, pero a la vez, cerca del pueblecito, donde hay una pizzeria, donde podría estar comiendo pizzas, todos los días. Una panadería, donde venden panes, que no había probado nunca, como el pan de baicon y cebolla.....uff....Y una especie de heladeria, en la calle principal de lajares, donde se comen unos crepes buenisimos........Todo cerca de la casa... Un sitio perfecto para descansar y hacer surf, en la escuela "Joyas", donde Jeff, el mejor profe del mundo.....hizo que mis cuatro chicos....disfrutaran del placer de sentir el surf, por primera vez en sus vidas....En resumen.....unas de las mejores vacaciones de mi vida......Por el entorno...Por la casa....y la gente tan encantadora que conocí......Volveremos...

wir waren im november 2010 in der grösseren der beiden wohnungen. tolle lage mit weitsicht und sehr stilsicher eingerichtet. alles sehr neu und gepflegt. grosse terrasse mit grill und liegen. (allerdings gibt es kaum schatten). jede menge deutscher bücher vorhanden. vermieter ist gut drauf und wohnt in der nähe, falls mal was zwickt. in larajes selber gibt es eine handvoll toller cafes und lokale, eine sensationelle pizzeria und einen gut ausgestatteten supermarkt sowie apotheke etc. guter ort für sehr erholsamen urlaub. sehr ruhig, da keine direkte strandlage und trotzdem super gelegen zwischen den stränden von cotillo und corralejo. waren zum dritten mal auf fuerte, bisher mit abstand der beste urlaub. kein vergleich zu den touristenghettos im süden der insel!
