Villa Pins, Fantastic Villa with San Salvador views

Villa Pins is a fantastic farmhouse surrounded by nature located only 5 kilometers from Portocolom and the S'Horta Golf Course. It is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest overlooking the Monastery of San Salvador. It also has views of the mountains and the sea.

Villa Pins has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room, dining room, modern and fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and a quadruple bedroom with another bathroom.

The house is decorated in a mixed old and modern style.

Outside the house you will find the roofed barbecue with another kitchen also equipped, a bathroom, an outside shower and the swimming pool. In this barbecue you will have a table with chairs, modern and comfortable sofas and hammocks for the pool area. You will also find several ideal spots to take a coffee or read a good book. You will also have a terrace with a table and chairs attached to the house.

NOTE: Villa Pins is located near the road so you possibly will hear noise from cars when you are outside the house.
