We had a great week at the house! The owner came by a few times to check the pool, and if we had any questions, we could text and it would be fixed right away

A Lovely country holiday home….

Our party included 2 families of 4 and on arrival we met Jean the owner who was extremely helpful from the off! Going over the property for us and recommending places to visit in the local area. The property was clean, spacious and well equipped, the local area is stunning and peaceful. So much to see and the views are beautiful of the surrounding vineyards and hills, The swimming pool was well kept and the kids found it great fun A great family-sized farmhouse, surrounded by gorgeous rolling countryside. Limoux is a very short drive away with a great offering of supermarkets and smaller shops, the town square is great for a meal and drinks. Easy access to so many historic sites - including Carcassonne & Mirepoix. If in the area again would certainly considering staying at this property again

Nous avons été un peu déçus à notre arrivée, la maison est en effet beaucoup plus vieille que ce que laissaient entrevoir les photos. Elle aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement, et il ne manque pas grand chose pour qu'elle soit très agréable. Elle est en effet très vaste et nous ne manquions pas d'espace. Elle est de plus très bien située et le paysage est magnifique.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschön renovierten Landhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war sehr schön, wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön, das Haus liegt abseits und ist sehr ruhig, man hört fast nur die Vögel zwitschern. Die Küche ist für ein Ferienhaus ausreichend aber nicht üppig ausgestattet. Der schöne, große Kühlschrank, die Spülmaschine und Backofen und Ceran Kochfeld haben uns die Eigenversorgung leicht gemacht.

Déception ... Propreté de la maison : Cuisine sale où le petit électroménager colle sous les doigts...Pièce à vivre et salon : poussière sous les canapés.Salle d'eau à l'étage : évacuation du lavabo et de la douche très difficile / vieux gant de toilette perché et oublié sur la pomme de doucheQuand il pleut, fuite importante au vélux au-dessus du bar (et il a plu ...)Electricité : prise défectueuse ((ch. 2) / Interrupteur pour aller à l a salle de bain du RDC avec mauvais contact : Ampoules grillées : hotte de cuisine etc. ...2 ou 3 transats cassés sur le bord de la piscine.Carte du décodeur télé obsolète. Son fournisseur en vacances. Ma mère de 91 ans a pu regarder ses émissions via mon ordinateur personnel. Le propiétaire est venu mais puisque j'avais connecté mon p.c. à la télé, il n'y avait plus de problème ...Conclusion : le rapport qualité / prix / propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous .Grand dommage !!!

Vacances à Loupia

Les vacances se sont bien passées et la région est très jolie. Le propriétaire de la villa est sympa et réactif. Les glaçons et de l'eau fraîche étaient prêts à notre arrivée ainsi que 2 bouteilles de blanquette de Limoux! Les petit bémols : 1) il y a une trentaine de chats dans la maison d'à-côté. Maison qui est dans un état d'entretien très très limite. Ces chats ont du squatter la villa avant notre arrivée car ça sentait clairement le pipi de chat le matin. Heureusement, l'odeur part une fois les portes et fenêtres ouvertes. 2) la climatisation n'est pas raccordée au rez-de-chaussée (à l'exception du salon). Mais il faut préciser que les chambres du rez sont très fraîches. 3) Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas bien du tout. La partie congélateur fonctionne par contre parfaitement bien. Le propriétaire est averti. 4) Un pin est planté en bord de piscine et déverse ses aiguilles constamment dans la piscine. Dans l'ensemble, l'endroit est franchement bien et il ne manquerait pas grand chose pour que ce soit superbe! L'intérieur de la villa était propre à notre arrivée, les chambres sont grandes et confortables.

Chouette vacances

Nous sommes allés à la plage, faire une randonnée en montagne, visiter la cité médiévale de Carcassonne et bien d'autres activité, c'est une région très complète touristiquement parlant

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La propriété était globalement conforme à nos attentes. Le propriétaire a été généreux en nous laissant la propriété plus longtemps que prévu gratuitement.
