Cabana bath for easy pool use. Neighborhood park down the block with playground, basketball court, walking path, etc. Super close to El Rio park with pickle ball and tennis courts!

Great location

Located in the middle of everything our family enjoyed our stay. I rated this property a 5 because it had everything out family needed. The only suggestion would be a king bed in the master bedroom.

Wonderful Vacation Retreat

Comfortable, cozy, spotless, like new lovely vacation home. Close to parks, dining, shopping and beach. Quiet family neighborhood. Fantastic pool and a cook’s dream kitchen. Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful property! It has everything you might need while on vacation. It was perfect for the five of us that stayed there. I was even able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. The only thing that would have made our stay better is if the pool had been heated, it was quite chilly.

Great Multigenerational Vacation House

A Great Christmas Week!

We arrived to find the property just as described- very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Our children along with our 16-month-old grandson were with us, so the full-size crib, highchair and plenty of toys in the garage were a huge plus! in addition the securely fenced pool gave us added sense of comfort. The quiet neighborhood is convenient to shopping and beaches- all within a 10 minute drive. We especially enjoyed Red Reef Beach. We did have a few days of cooler/rainy weather but the zoo, nearby parks, and science center were great takes. Also, Kate was very responsive to any questions- couldn't be happier!

Fantastic Home!

This house was great! The owner (Kate) is fabulous and very responsive and communicative. Any questions I had, she answered quickly and couldn't be nicer! The home has an open floor plan and it's very easy for interacting with each other from the kitchen to the living area. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a huge refrigerator/freezer. The pool was wonderful as well. The house was VERY clean and well organized. Perfectly located where I had Uber Eats deliver Starbucks almost every morning in 30 mins. All the beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom and master bath were beautiful - the very large shower was also a plus! Plenty of outside toys for the little ones in the garage as well. Overall I would rate my stay/this house a 10 and would definitely stay there with family & friends again!

The photos and description match perfectly to the experience. We stayed here with three little kids and 4 adults and were so happy we found the perfect home for our vacation. Less than a 10 min drive to the beach or just hang by the pool all day- you can't go wrong!

Kate's house was beautifully appointed. She made every effort to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. She had everything we needed and more! It was wonderful having a private pool! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable for four generations ranging in age from 4 years to 94! The new gas BBQ was an additional asset. We cooked every day including most dinners. Kate, the owner, was quick to respond to all questions. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time with our family here. This property is very kid friendly. Very large house located in a super quiet neighborhood. Loved the kitchen and the pool was awesome. I would definetly book this property again. The only issue we had with the property is that it did not have a vaccum cleaner. With as many people that we had staying it would have been nice to be able clean up a bit. Also 3 bathrooms and only one hair dryer drove us crazy.

Thank you for your nice review. Our home has beautiful new wood floors that most vacuum cleaners will mar. We do have a broom and a swiffer damp mop for easy cleaning. We have one hair dryer as a courtesy since most people prefer to use their own hair products.

Great Stay in spacious house

We were two families travelling with 3 young children and thought the layout and space in the House was ideal! The kitchen was large and easy to work in, the main space was open and uncluttered and the fenced in pool was a plus with the kiddos. The house was well situated and not far from restaurants, attractions and the beach. We’d recommend this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Hübsches Haus mit toller Ausstattung in guter Gegend

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist sehr nett, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man zum kochen braucht und auch um Gäste zu bekochen. Das Haus und auch der Garten mit Pool war sauber und gepflegt.

This was our first VRBO experience and it was a very positive one. The pictures of the home were accurate and all went well from beginning to end. Nice area of Boca Raton. Nice, spacious yard and back patio with grill. Wifi and tv work d fine. Laundry was very handy to have. Three baths made showering easy and quick. No complaaints. Nicely updated home.
