NEW apartment and renovated rooms and new bathrooms; equipped with modern and functional elements; It situated 90 meters from the metro B Rebibbia (in 20 minutes arrives directly at the Colosseum); place near the terminus and stop of many bus lines. Nearby is a large supermarket and several shops. The apartment is easily accessible by public or private services (using the ring road or highway east). Availability of parking spaces.The area is very quiet where there are several supermarkets for shopping, restaurants and a few km on the Tiburtina many clothing stores. A few km away there are 2 of the major shopping centers in Rome, that is PORTA DI ROMA and ROMA ROMA EST where you can go shopping, or just walk in the shopping center, or go to the cinema. It is very well connected, the metro is a few meters away and in 15 minutes you can arrive directly in the center. A few minutes from here you can also reach various architectural masterpieces such as VILLA D'ESTE and VILLA ADRIANA, which are located near Tivoli.

Well sized property in good location
The property is a good size and literally a 5 minute walk from Rebibbia Metro station (from which it is 20 minutes to the Colosseum).
Parking is in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Federico is very responsive to messages and very helpful.
Note the fourth bed is a double sofa bed in the living room.

Neighbourhood a little on the rough side by Main Street but safe and peaceful at back. Close to everything , especially the metro...15 minutes from the colosseum, grocery store 2 minutes walk, 5 minutes to bank
