The Main House
​When you enter the house, the large 88 m² living room with sitting and eating area and the open kitchen allow for perfect panoramic views onto the terraces and sea-views beyond.

Master bedroom with a kingsize bed (200cm), en-suite bathroom, wardrobe and own wrap-around 75 m² roof terrace. (Upstairs)
One bedroom with a double bed (180cm), own balcony entrance, en-suite bathroom and wardrobe. (Ground floor)
One bedroom with 2 single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and own terrace entrance. (Ground floor)

The Pool House
On the swimming pool level a pool house with two more bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom allows for relaxed bungalow style living. The pool house is accessible from both the main house and a separate entrance.

One bedroom with a double bed (180cm), en-suite bathroom and direct access to pool.

The Swimming Pool:
The large infinity swimming-pool (10x4 metres) is surrounded by an extensive 312 sqm sun-deck, which includes two outdoor showers. The house and sun-deck are surrounded by an enchanting ancient olive grove.

The kitchen on the ground floor opens onto the Limonaio, a magic interior court with an old ceratonia oak. Your citrus trees carry lemons at all seasons.

Amenities:
Air conditioning, underfloor heating, an open fire place, an alarm system, Wi-Fi, TV satellite antenna, solar energy, washer-dryer, automatic plant sprinklers. It's all there for you.

The property is accessed through an electric gate and there is parking space for several vehicles.

The historic old city of Gaeta opens its port to the Tyrrhenian sea. It is here that the famous modern American painter Cy Twombly had his last studio, and it is here on the Pontine islands that Ulysses met Circe.

The islands as well as the Vesuvio can be seen from the Villa.
