This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. This condo offers a fantastic vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk. Live music and hula dancing by the pool every Wednesday from 3-5:00 PM.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great stay!

Closest building to the beach, this was a great location. This does come with a little road noise, but that’s the trade off with having a great view. Very clean and well appointed, lots of beach equipment. The lanai is a bit smaller than the other units in the complex, but does have a table with 4 chairs. The management company is great too.

Great stay in Maui!

First time to Maui and it was hard to choose a place but got it right. Great unit and complex. It was clean, safe and had amentities for every one. Best part is right across the street from a great beach. Also walking distance to places to eat.

This condo is perfect. Everything in it is clean, supplies are plentiful, including beach chairs & toys, and towels The set up is a perfect arrangement for parents and two adult kids And the balcony is $1 million view!!!

Great location

Great location in a very popular and clean resort with great amenities for a family with a pool and a small but nice gym. Grounds are very clean and nice and right across the street from the beach and many popular areas. Easy to get to from the airport and Costco trips as well. Communication was excellent with no issues. 2 things we didn't love, furniture inside was very minimal and very dated including the beds which weren't great but satisfactory. And you best all be on the same schedule as there is no privacy with this layout, and no sleeping in if anyone is awake. Overall, we did have a great stay.

First time VRBO and Maui visitors

After a long day of travel, it was so nice to walk in with no issues and clean! Matt was awesome to deal with very accommodating of all our needs. I heard a few stories about other management issues but not PMI Maui. The place was exactly as the pictures and description showed.

Great stay, as advertised

Great unit at a great property. We have stayed at this property before but in a different unit (and were similarly pleased). The unit was nicely updated and well equipped for our group that ranged from 7-75 year olds. Great ventilation, breezes and AC to stay very comfortable. Close enough to the beach to hear the lifeguards educate beach-goers and about equidistant to the pool. Would absolutely go back.

Did not disappoint

This condo is really nice. I would stay there again. The view of the grounds and ocean is great. It’s so easy to just walk across the street to the beach. It’s also easy to come and go by car too because it’s located near the gated alternate front entrance to the complex. I’ve stayed in three different condos at the Kama’ole Sands and this was my favorite.

Fabulous

The unit was beautiful. Easy to walk to the beach and look at the ocean from the lanai. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outside grill were very nice and easily accessed. They had a speaker on Friday morning talking about the whales. We love Kamaole Sands and hope to return some time soon.

The beach amenities were in great shape and provided us allowed all we needed at the beach.The Property Manager Matt was very responsive and polite in fixing a light that went out.I would recommend this condo as an excellent location to stay with a short walk to the beach for sunsets.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a great location with ocean views, right next to the beach. Super clean complex and condo suite. Our family had a wonderful time in Maui and we love the Kihei location. Great food and beaches. A couple concerns with the condo, we did pay a fair price so only fair to give it an accurate review....the living room couch has nothing left in it for springs, unfortunately it was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, time for an upgrade for sure. Beds in downstairs bedroom need updating as well not much support left and very noisy to sleep on. Unable to be on the lani when AC is running, poor construction choice with the AC unit blasting heat back onto the lani where you’re sitting. All is great when AC not running. Last item more for the complex....the pool area is great BUT the pool water is disgusting, it is not managed well and all 10 days we were there the pool water was murky no matter what time of day, foul smell and filtration not working as many floating hair and debris. HUGE disappointment. If the owners are able to fix the dated furniture and you don’t need AC it works. As a side not we extended or check out and we’re charged $150 or friends, same managers extended theirs and charged nothing. Again another disappointment.
