Nice delivery, bright and quiet family house (145m2), 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 child's room with 1 single bed. A living room with two sofas including a convertible. A large living room / kitchen. A bathroom. Two terraces, one in wood with a view of the river and one for lunch and dinner in front of the house.

Fully fenced plot, outbuilding with nice swimming pool (closed by a security cover)
Lili, lulu, lulu, the hens of the house, in their pens, will bring you eggs every day against a little water.

You can from here, make beautiful walks, bike. 15 minutes from Futuroscope, 25 minutes from Poitiers, 45 minutes from Tours and the first castles of the Loire. Many possible outings for children: sheep village, the crocodile farm, the valley of the monkeys, the ostrich farm, Chauvigny rail bike, the moulière forest, beauval zoo ... And many villages not to be missed : Chauvigny, La Roche Posay (With these terms), St Savin Abbey, Angle sur Anglin.

Beautiful property in a lovely location. House was perfect for our needs, including a lovely heated pool. Property was located opposite a train track and there were frequent passenger and freight trains throughout the day but you soon get used to it. The local area had shops a short drive away and good location for visiting attractions. I liked it was just a short drive to get onto the motorway, but far enough that you didn't hear traffic. The house is located in an area where there is only one way in and out of the village, so no through traffic. Bedrooms were pleasent but more clothes storage would have been helpful. Overall they were fine though.Kitchen had all the conveniences, including an air fryer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher and decent sized fridge freezer. Washing machine and dryer were located in a small outhouse.Outdoor areas were lovely. A deck area to the rear, overlooking the river, and a court yard to the front. A few steps away was the lovely heated pool. Not hot, but warm enough you could jump right in. Nice pool deck for sunbathing. Chicken and two sheep on site. We enjoyed visiting them to say hello. I would definitely stay here again, the host was very helpful and communication was fantastic. Would recommend.

Maison spacieuse et confortable avec l'équipement bébé qui était un plus pour nous.Le terrain est très agréable avec les 2 terrasses, les jeux et la piscine. Les enfants (et nous) avons apprécié la présence des animaux et les oeufs frais chaque jour.Petit bémol sur la voie ferrée à proximité et les mites alimentaires présentes dès notre arrivée.Pas mal de choses a faire a proximité, mais aussi simplement profiter de la piscine avec les enfants

Location très bien

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Le logement est très bien, bien équipé. Les enfants se sont amusés dans la piscine. La location est bien située pour visiter. On recommande cette location.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons beaucoup appréciée la maison tout confort et son extérieur. Le gîte est idéal pour passer des vacances en famille. La piscine a ravi nos enfants. La région est très agréable. Nous avons pu visiter les alentours : la ville de Poitiers, le Futuroscope, la cité médiévale de Chauvigny et son vélorail... Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Merci

Spacious and secluded

Great place to relax - swimming pool was fab, chicken laid an egg each day, and the trains passing by added interest. Laurence was quick to respond and helpful with all our enquiries.

Un gîte au top pour profiter de la douceur poitevine!

Un gîte très spacieux avec beaucoup de cachet (attention quand même aux bosses pour les plus grands ;-p) & très bien insonorisé (on entend très peu la voie ferrée). Très proche du Futuroscope & des 3 magnifiques courts de terre battue du Tennis Club de Chatellerault! A recommander!

Maison au top

Séjour au top, magnifique maison, et les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Seul petit problème c'est le passage du train.. et les voitures qui passent quand on est à la piscine. Peut-être penser à mettre des claustra. Et placards pleins.. donc peu de rangement pour mettre ses affaires. Mais sinon je conseil vivement cette maison 😉

Très belle maison pour les vacances

Maison propre et toute équipée, piscine bien entretenue et jeux pour les enfants dans le jardin, beaucoup d'activités dans les environs, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille

Logement super-équipé

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La piscine chauffée est super, les 2 terrasses sont agréables, les volets à toutes les fenêtres et la climatisation au premier étage permettent de garder la maison fraiche. Il y a plein de jeux de société pour les enfants et de jeux pour la piscine. Nous avons pu profiter des bonnes tomates du potager ainsi que des délicieuses framboises du jardin. La vue sur la rivère est très jolie. A noter qu'il y a un chemin de fer juste derrière la maison, avec maximum 1 train par heure; cela ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé. Supermarché et (excellente) boulangerie à 5 min en voiture. On ne peut pas dire qu'on était dans la campagne buccolique française, mais le fait d'être près des grands axes avait l'avantage de ne pas devoir faire trop de route pour les excursions. Propriétaire très attentionné et voisins super gentils.

Agréable séjour à la campagne

Séjour dépaysant dans une agréable maison de campagne à 30 min de Poitiers. Maison avec toutes les commodités (électroménager, vélo, jeux d'eau, salon de jardin, jeux pour enfants,...) et avec une très agréable piscine très appréciable par temps de canicule. Petit bémol concernant les rangements à disposition et la voie ferrée juste derrière la piscine. Propriétaires toujours très disponibles et souples de la réservation au départ avec un réel souci du bien être des vacanciers. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement des environs : futuroscope, velo rail, balades en vélo, visite de Poitiers...
