Close to the sailing club of Grande-Escoure.
Close to bike paths, ocean and golf course 8 km.

Villa agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle très bien située mais un peu "dans son jus"
Je mettrais 4,5 étoiles si je pouvais.
En effet, nous avons vraiment passé un très agréable moment malgré des passages pluvieux car la villa est grande. Le parc très arboré est aussi bien agréable et bien sur la proximité du lac. C'est une villa dans laquelle une vrai famille a passé ses étés et passe encore peut-être quelques moments donc il y a des jeux, quelques outils, etc... c'est appréciable et "authentique".
Seul point négatif pas dramatique pour moi mais qui pourrait gêner sérieusement certain(e)s, il y avait vraiment pas mal de toiles d'araignées occupées. Alors que comme expliqué précédemment il y avait bien une "tête de loup" parmi tous les accessoires dans le garage mais les personnes en charge du ménage ne doivent pas savoir l'utiliser. Or compte tenu des frais de ménage et de service plutôt élevés, cela aurait été appréciable qu'ils sachent.

Maison agréable et bien située
La maison est bien située, proche du lac, juste une route a traverser, puis on trouve le chemin qui mène au lac. La maison a des pièces suffisement grandes pour accomoder deux familles et leurs enfants et elle est bien agencée. Le contact avec les propriétaires et l'agence c'est très bien passé, ils ont été très accomodants. Petit bémol était le nombre de toiles d'araignées non seulement autour des (hauts) plafonds, mais également autour des lampes, meubles etc.
Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Rustig en toch vlakbij alles
Dit huisje is ideaal voor een familievakantie met babies. Het is letterlijk nog geen 100m stappen naar een strandje vlakbij het meer. Het is er heel rustig en je zit er prachtig onder de pijnbomen. Er is heel veel aanwezig in het huis; spelletjes, BBQ, alles voor in de keuken, ligstoelen, parasol, ... Top!

Séjour formidable dans un lieu incroyable ! L'accueil à été parfait ! On recommande cette maison :)
On pensait avoir trouvé une maison agréable et c'était bien mieux que prévu :) Localisation parfaite pour le lac (à 50-100m), dans les arbres. Des vélos à dispotion. Un jardin pour les enfants et surtout la tranquillité absolu !
Attention les draps ne sont pas inclus. On avait oublié les nôtres :/ mais la prioritaire nous a gentillement prêté les siens (exceptionnelelment). Encore merci à eux pour ce séjour formidable :)
