A covered terrace of 35m² was built, provided with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with American fridge, terrace lighting under the extension and on the terrace walls, new table and chairs.
At the end corner you can find the jacuzzi.

House consists of fully equipped kitchen with dishwashing machine - microwave- toaster- oven, bathroom with shower, toilet, double sink and washing machine.
Further 2 bedrooms with 6 sleeping places (2 double beds and 1 bunk bed) and 1 cot.
Living room with dining area and lounge with 1 fold away bed in cupboard and in the veranda a canapé for 2 people.
Equipped with air conditioning in the rooms, satellite tv and Wi-Fi internet, bath and bed linen available.

From May to September rent includes energy costs (except heating of swimming pool), all other months of the year energy consumption is calculated by meter reading.

If water temperature needs to be pre heated - so that pool is heated by arrival- an upstart fee of 100 euros is demanded.
The consumption costs for heating the pool are always at the expense of the tenant and are calculated via a separate meter.
