It is a small villa in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean coast, ideally located in a residential area from which you reach WALKING in a few minutes to the beach and the picturesque town of Moraira with its attractive marina, beautiful beaches and a large number of shops, markets and restaurants, offering a high variety for any pocket.

WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE CLEANING BETWEEN GUESTS WITH OZONE TO GUARANTEE TOTAL HYGIENE, OF MATTRESSES, CURTAINS, FURNITURE, ETC ... SO THEY CAN ENJOY SOME HOLIDAYS WITHOUT FEARING ANYTHING.
The house is in perfect condition, renovated in 2015, its large windows and high ceilings transmit amplitude and well-being. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is a sunny terrace that allows to enjoy the good weather throughout the year. The garden with its trees is the perfect place for hot days or for barbecues.

Wonderful experience

I want to thank Miriam & Nic for such a lovely holiday experience staying at their fantastic villa in Moraira. The villa location is a perfect 5 - 10 minute short walk from the beach, restaurants & entertainment. Nic welcomed us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, which was great. There are lots of nice seating areas in the garden of the villa, which is very private and great to sit out in to enjoy the warm quiet evenings. There are excellent kitchen and cleaning facilities also. As a family we are very much looking forward to booking up again in future. Thanks again... The Philps

Un grand merci à Myriam et Nicolas de part leur bienveillance et sympathie.La maison est charmante un panier d'accueil offert belle attention.Au calme, très bien équipée (serviettes torchons produits accessoires pour enfant...) extérieur très appréciable.Emplacement 300m du centre, de la plage principale, nous avons tout fait à velo avec un enfant de 4ans courses, criques ça grimpe mais c'est top.On vous conseille de tester les critiques aux alentours pour un mois d'août nous avons toujours trouvé un coin calme.Si vous souhaitez louer un bateau faites le sur moraira et non altea/calp.Nous avons adoré le coin c'est beau authentique pas 1building et la maison est géniale vous ne serez pas déçu.Merci encore pour ces superbes vacances.

Hemos pasado dos semanas estupendas toda la familia junto a nuestras dos perritas. La casa está muy bien cuidada y limpia, nos dejaron el día de llegada un cesta de bienvenida con todo lujo de detalles. Nicolás y Míriam han sido en todo momento muy amables. Desde la casa se puede ir andando a las playas del pueblo y luego con el coche está muy cerca de todo tipo de calas espectaculares. La casa es muy cómoda y fresquita a la vez de tranquila, nos despertaban por las mañanas el cantar

A nice property in a good location

Overall a really nice property in a good location. The owners live next door if you need anything but the villa is private. The villa itself is small but a fine size for holiday-makers as you spend most of your time outdoors. Some of the furniture or fixtures could do with some updating but it’s more a minor preference. There’s no secure parking on the property, you have to park on the street directly outside the entrance gate. However the street is quiet and we had no issues. While the property is located close to some beaches and restaurants, it is up a hill which can be tough going on the way home in the heat. We ended up driving all the time so bear that in mind if you have a lot of items to carry to the beach etc. Overall a great property and we would definitely stay again.

La casa es pequeña, pero muy bien aprovechada, cómoda, práctica, con un jardín muy bien orientado y perfecto para los perros. La playa y el pueblo están a 5 minutos a pie. La atención de Miriam fue excelente y sus consejos siempre acertados. A pesar de que viven al lado, disfrutas de total intimidad. Muy bien.

Una semana de vacaciones diferente.

Nosotros veraneamos en Mororaira pueblo. Vamos la primera quincena de agosto, pero este año hemos decidido alargarlas una semana más y disfrutarlas en esta casita, que aunque pequeña tiene todas lss comodidades. Su ubicación es excelente y para nosotros ha supuesto una semana de vacaciones diferente a la quincena anterior en un lugar maravilloso como es Moraira. Buena Casa a buen precio .

Lo hemos pasado muy bien, tuvimos un percance y lo resolvieron rapidísimo, fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento.Por poner una pero, la ducha interna y externa no están a la altura de la casita y tener que dejar el coche ennla calle. Por lo demás ha sido todo muy satisfactorio.
