New Beach House, 2 Blocks to Beach, only a few weeks left for Summer Rentals!

This is a great beach house only two and half blocks from the beach. Close to restaurants, down town and the boardwalk. The house is equipt with beach gear and bikes. It also has a gourmet kitchen and a Gas grill outside. Unwind and relax in a serene setting. The living room, kitchen and dining room are open. There is a queen size sleeping sofa in the living room. All rooms are set up with Smart TV's. 2 Bedrooms have queen beds and 3 BR has a bunk bed and pull out. Outdoor shower is private for your use.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
From June 14th throughLabor Day we have a 7 night minimum for the summer months. Bookings are from Saturday- Saturday.
We do not rent Senoir Weeks. We do not allow pets. If a pet is brought into the house there will be a 500$ cleaning fee.
Any furniture, bedding, lights etc that are moved around the property or removed will be charged 250$ per item We do not allow pets.

My family stayed here to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday and we had an amazing time!! 10/10!!! Location is amazing- 2 blocks from the beach. The house has everything you need including bikes, beach chairs and even a wagon! The house was spotless and beautiful!!! We will definitely be coming back! One of the best vrbo houses I have ever been to!

This property is beautiful! Even though our weather wasn’t the greatest we enjoyed our stay immensely. The extra stuff provided (chairs, tags, cooler, etc.) made the trip much easier as we didn’t need to haul it down with us. Fantastic property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and the communication with the owner was great. We appreciated that the rental came with bikes and beach gear. The beach was a few blocks away and the boardwalk was a short bike ride/drive. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

A great location with easy access to the beach and boardwalk but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a quiet evening on the porch. Highly recommended!

This is our Second home. We have been vacatoning in OC since our daughter was 1 yr old. We have so many family memories here. Both of our children love this place and we enjoy coming as much as possible. The boardwalk, the neighborhood and the beach are all amazing.
