Renovated villa very quiet (kitchen and bathroom renovated), cozy, with secure pool of 10X5, large landscaped garden of 2000 m2 with many flowers, fruit trees, pines, oaks in the middle of an 18-hole golf course with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. bath and a separate studio (one bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom). Outdoor barbecues, wifi are available.
Professional table tennis ping-pong table also available.
