Fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath 810 sq foot waterfront condo located in Gulf Harbors Woodlands. The bathroom is fully updated and new vinyl flooring has been installed throughout the unit !!, Two pools one is heated and clubhouse within walking distance, public beach 2 miles away. Separate dining area microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, coffee maker, crock pot, ninja quick pot are ready to go! Bedroom has a Queen sized bed all linens and towels provided, as well as a flat screen TV with cable. Living room has a couch, loveseat and a recliner as well. 50" flat screen TV and Blu-ray with cable too. Look out the lanai over the canal and watch the dolphins playing in the early morning while enjoying your coffee. Washer and dryer are located in building. Howard beach, Green Key beach, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater beach all are nearby.
Tarpon Springs and the best Greek food in the world is only minutes away! Anclote Key is right out in the Gulf and is a 5 min boat ride away. Several spring training baseball centers are within a 30-minute drive, Homasassa and Weeki Wachie are just north 35 mins with hiking trails and manatee watching all over the area. There is so much to do in the Tampa/Clearwater area!

Great location and very nice amenities.

Very scenic area to include a nice view of a small lake outside your window (more like a canal or channel). Can fish in your backyard, while watching a varied (pelicans and such) and active bird population and dolphins swimming by. Stores, restaurants, banks very close by. Nice pools and private beach access. Most important, it was quiet and felt safe.

Perfect for our needs

This condo had everything my husband and I needed. It was located near grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It was definitely a good experience.

Internship

Stayed here for 3 months during my internship. My 4 year old daughter came for some weeks. It was clean and the owner was more than accommodating. The pool was nice and we fished from the back. All the neighbors are extremely nice.

Perfect, relaxing

I stayed here for two months (September-October) while I was at a local hospital for a portion of my residency. It was very comfortable, clean, close to restaurants and stores, and being on the water was a huge plus. The access to the private beach was amazing and really put this place over the top. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely stay there again if I ever ended up in the area.

Great Value, Great Stay

Me and my wife enjoyed our 16 nights at this Condo. Really a great value, and it is so close to so many great beaches and parks. Homeowner was always available for any questions that we had. Can not wait to stay here again, because this place really was a bargain.
