This lovely single story home is located a short walking distance from Michelin Star rated restaurants such as, Thomas Keller's French Laundry and Bouchon as well as Redd. Other restaurants with delicious menu selections are Bistro Jeanty, Hurley's, Bottega Ristorante, Redd Wood, Ciccio's, Ad Hoc, Lucy and Bouchon Bakery for the best pastries. For a quicker casual experience you can go to Pacific Blues, NapaStyle Cafe or Yountville Deli. You can also enjoy boutique wine and clothes shopping at the historic V-Market Place. Enjoy relaxing spa services at either the Villagio Inn & Spa or Bardessono Hotel & Spa.

The house features a master bedroom including master bathroom with a brand new Carrera tiled shower and floor, one guest room, guest bathroom, laundry room, updated kitchen including a Viking stove, dining room that seats 6, and a comfortable living room.

You will be able to escape the daily grind or you can stay connected via our wireless network and watch your favorite programs on the flat screen tv in the living room. There is a second tv in the Master bedroom.The outside patio off the kitchen is perfect for grilling and dining alfresco.

Note: 30+ NIGHTS RENTAL ONLY. We adhere to the Yountville town ordinance on rentals with no exceptions. Failure to follow no children/no pet rule will forfeit refundable deposit.

More than lovely.

For those looking to explore the Napa Valley and beyond, this is the base from which to expand your view. Gastronomical Yountville is all around you and the property itself is as described. My wife is meticulous in all things and this met her exacting expectations to a tee. The house is designed for cooking and relaxing, so I'd say its better for an extended stay. No surprises here. It is as advertised.

Wonderful Spot

This oasis steps away from Yountville’s best restaurants and shops is the perfect location. It is walking distance from the Napa Vine Trail and nearby Napa’s top vineyards! The home is clean and comfortable with beautiful outdoor spaces. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. We loved our stay and are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Great location

Walking distance to charming Yountville and all it has to offer- great restaurants, wine tasting, parks, walking trails. Delightful home surrounded by pretty gardens. Our hosts were wonderful and quickly resolved any questions or concerns we had. Thank you!

We Loved Staying Here!

We spent almost 4 months in this lovely home in charming Yountville. The house is very clean and comfortable and is 100% outfitted for guests -- You won't have to wrestle with the owner's personal items. The closets and cupboards are clean and ready for you to move right in. Well decorated, not fussy/cluttered. Lots of natural light and windows. Modern but cozy. The house is VERY roomy - a nice living room, large dining room and comfortable office to spread out in. Great front porch for outside reading and dining. John & Stacy were fantastic to work with. They are responsive to your every need. And you MUST try their wine - FABULOUS. Perfect central location to enjoy this amazing town on foot. We 100% recommend this home.

Over all we really enjoyed our stay.

We found the one bed to be a little too small, but it is adequate. It is well equipped for cooking in, which we like. You should give some thought to a had rail for the steps at the side door. The location is super. You can walk to any place in Yountville.

SUPERBLY COMFORTABLE AND ELEGANT HOUSE IN A PERFECT LOCATION

We've rented the house for a month (June/July 2017). It has all the facilities one needs to have a pleasant and perfect vacation. We've specially enjoyed the flower gardens that surround the house with nice chairs to relax under the sun. The house really excels what you see at the website pictures. High quality and elegant furniture, bed linens, towels, glasses, etc. The city is a special gem at Napa Valley. Quiet, elegant, with quite a few Michelin starred restaurants just around the corner from the house and, sure, very good wine stores. The rental process was also nice and smooth. Excellent property

This wonderful cottage is in a quiet neighborhood of Yountville. It is easy walking distance to all the best restaurants and numerous tasting rooms that Yountville has to offer. Yountville is a great location for not only wine tasting throughout the Napa Valley, but Sonoma, Russian River, Dry Creek, and Alexander valley areas. Patti and John who are great hosts that are very accessible to answer questions and assist you in your stay. Will return!

This home was amazing!!!

We spend our summers in Yountville and have stayed in other homes... I have to say we loved it here!! The house is furnished tastefully, well maintained and the location can't be beat. It is literally a 2 block walk to downtown Yountville. We walked to dinner (Bouchon, Ciccio, Redd Wood, R & D) and wine tastings all the time. Our two young girls also loved walking to the park every night. The owners were very accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Yountville

Such a fun little town! And this property is in the middle of it all, yet on a beautiful quiet street. We were able to walk to all the great shops and restaurants, and take morning runs past the vineyards. We felt very comfortable at "home" as well, often cooking our own meals in the modern kitchen, enjoying quiet evenings with a book, or relaxing in the small but lush outside gardens. The home offers enough privacy for two couples, and a nice space to be together. Yountville was a great place to stay as a central location for exploring all of Napa's offerings, from downtown Napa to St. Helena and Calistoga, and all the wineries in between. We'll be back!

This property is a wonderful home base for visiting California's wine country. Yountville is a unique town in the heart of Napa wine country. Napa wineries and fine restaurants are close by. Just a half hour ride to Sonoma wine country, an hour and a half to San Francisco. A beautiful place to call home base!
