Located in the Roche urbanization, it is a great 12-seater villa. 6 rooms with spacious closets. Living room with fireplace. Spacious terrace. Well equipped kitchen, 2 combis and pantry. Large garden with sun and shade areas. Private pool and barbecue. 800 meters from the beach.

Being on a dead end street is a silent house, its two porches allow shelter from the wind and enjoy shade at any time of the day. It is a cool house with a large garden, ideal for children.

Roche is a quiet urbanization 6 kilometers from Conil de la Frontera. With private security, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, church, tennis courts, paddle tennis, and soccer field about 10 minutes walk.
