Being on a dead end street is a silent house, its two porches allow shelter from the wind and enjoy shade at any time of the day. It is a cool house with a large garden, ideal for children.

Roche is a quiet urbanization 6 kilometers from Conil de la Frontera. With private security, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, church, tennis courts, paddle tennis, and soccer field about 10 minutes walk.

Grande maison très agréable dans un quartier résidentiel, près des plages qui sont accessibles à pied. La maison est bien équipée, les pièces sont agréables, un côté est ombragé, pour des siestes agréables, l’autre côté du jardin avec sa piscine, bénéficient d’un très bon ensoleillement. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et accessibles. Tout cela était parfait.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Viel Platz und es fehlte an nichts. Etwa 10 min Fußweg zum Strand und eine tolle ruhige Gegend. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen

Una casa muy amplia y cómoda

La casa está muy bien. Es muy amplia, las habitaciones tienen un tamaño estupendo y la distribución es muy cómoda. La atención muy rápida y amable. El menaje completísimo, y lo único que echamos en falta se proporcionó de inmediato. Por si es de utilidad a la propiedad, sugeriría que hubiera más toallas / sábanas; actualizar uno de los baños, en línea con el que sí está reformado; y despejar y limpiar los espacios de la casa no accesibles a los huéspedes (que dan una impresión de desorden que la casa no merece). Por último, en la descripción no queda muy claro que una de las habitaciones está dentro de otra, convendría especificarlo.

La finca es muy amplia y el jardín una maravilla. La instalación de agua caliente no está preparada para las dimensiones de la casa y número de inquilinos, bastantes cosas por reparar y mejorar

buen sitio en mejor entorno pero vivienda a renovar

buena finca con piscina estupenda, algo pequeña solo, jardín suficiente con barbacoa y espacio para 12 p suficiente falló agua caliente por butano, algo arreglaron rápido repetiríamos con casa más renovada

Bueno ,el chalet nos ha gustado mucho , sobretodo el jardín es magnifico Le haría falta un poco más de mantenimiento faltaba algo de menaje en la cocina Y falta de toallas de mano , y más juegos de sábanas , Y la casita regular !!! Pero , valoración en en general buena

El alojamiento cumplió todas las expectativas. Hemos pasado una semana un grupo de amigos con niños y hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa es muy cómoda y está bien equipada.

Semana Santa espectacular

Hemos estado seis familias disfrutando de la semana Santa, lástima del tiempo que no acompañó mucho, pero la casa super amplia cómoda y todo bastante nuevo y de calidad. Como única pega, si se puede poner, alguna paellera o similar nos ha hecho falta, por lo demás espectacular.
